He provided clear and thorough explanations regarding my fractured leg condition, which made me confident in undergoing surgery with Dr. Paisal. The post-surgery examination was also excellent. Meanwhile, Dr. Loy, the anesthesiologist, was also very detailed and clear in her explanations regarding anesthesia selection. I just had the best experience at Columbia Asia Hospital Puchong! The staff were so caring and attentive during my stay. Dr. Paisal Bin Hussin was amazing and took the time to explain everything to me in a way that really eased my worries. I also want to give a big shoutout to Ms. Uma Devi, the Customer Ambassador, for her friendly approach before I left. The facilities were super clean, and my room was comfy and had everything I needed. The follow-up care was top-notch too, which really reassured me.
