Very clear, willing to listen, and give useful explanations, making sure that patients and family understand the situation well and are then able to choose what to do next. Late at night after surgery, he personally took the time to notify me of the result, which was such a relief for us. Really appreciate the effort and attention! Definitely I would highly recommend others who need to consult with Urologist to come to dr Teoh. As for the hospital itself, staffs are generally helpful and nice. It is just that the hospital is almost always busy, so understandable that they are swamped and people must be a bit patient when waiting for their turn.
