Took my mother to visit Gastro Dr Amin on 4/12/2025. He was very kind and professional and took time to explain things to us. My mum did OGD the next day and he also took the time to explain the findings to us. His female counter staff was also polite and helpful. For feedback: please look into the efficiency of your online booking - I tried booking via Pantai website but nobody called me back to confirm if the date and time is possible. When I whatsapped Pantai, there seemed no evidence of my online query so I re-booked via whatsapp.
