In terms of the treatment, i will give 5 star. Thank you so much Doc Thein Soo Sun & gastro specialist team for being very helpful. Appreciate it much 🙏But there has been an issue that i reported to PIC Ms Juliana & her colleague (tqsm for being attentive) on 22 April 2025 & i have been informed it is under investigation. On 21 April 2025, I was asked by the receptionist (gastro department) to download the kpj app, but my phone is not compatible to do so & they took my phone & tried to do it through google etc etc right in front of me (i was literally not focusing since i was not well) yet the app thingy didnt work out. So i choose to ignore about it. To my surprise, when i came for my 2nd day's visit on 22 April 2025, and when i was about to give a google review for Madam Pubathi (tqsm mam for your kind gesture) who assisted me, it appeared the google review (a very postive 5 star review) had already been written on 21 April 2025 using my account. Immediately i lodged a complain & questioned the receptionist team who took my phone on 21 April 2025 since the review didnt come from me & of course no one admitted. I deleted the 'imposter' review a day later after submitting the proof. Lesson learned, never simply give your phone to anyone who claim to assist you. Be vigilant. I find this incident to be very unethical, and i trust in the hospital's professionalism to conduct a transparent investigation. I strongly believe good service is to be earned & not to be manipulated. Looking forward for the respond. Thank you for all the cooperation given🙏

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Dr. Thein for his outstanding service during my treatment session this morning. He explained everything thoroughly and used language that was clear and easy to understand, which helped me feel confident and well-informed about my condition and treatment options. A special thanks to CA Farhana and CA Kak Fiza for ensuring that my registration process was smooth and effortless—they were efficient and welcoming, which made a great first impression. I’m also deeply appreciative of the Clinic Assistant team at Zone A, who consistently showed genuine care for patients. They provided timely updates about the process and waiting time to see the doctor, which helped manage expectations and made the entire experience feel thoughtful and well-organized. Kudos as well to the Laboratory Service team for their extremely fast and efficient service. I waited only around 10 minutes for my urine test to be completed, and their speed really made a difference in the overall experience. Thank you all for your dedication and compassion. You’ve turned what could have been a stressful experience into one that felt supportive and reassuring.

Was really impressed with how efficient the whole process to conduct FOMEMA medical check-up at KPJ Sentosa was. From the lab tests to the review with the doctor, everything moved smoothly without much waiting. Dr. Thein Soo Sun explained the results very clearly and was easy to talk to. He did not rush the patient, answered the questions attentively and gave clear advice for further actions. Ms. Farhana was also very efficient in updating patient details and preparing the report.

End to end from registration to consultation was very smooth. I went outside to eat and the nurse Farhana called me that its my turn. Dr Thein is very good coz whe i am telling him my gastric issues he knows allready what is best for me! Registration - Sheela thank you for your assistance!
