During my 3-day hospital stay, I received truly excellent care and support from the medical and nursing team. I would like to sincerely thank Dr Lim PY, the medical officer who attended to me, for the prompt care and clear explanations, as well as Dr Kana, my physician, for the professional and compassionate management throughout my admission. I am especially grateful to the nursing team Sn Nurin, Sn Syazana, Sn Huda, Sn Dhurgis, Sn Nisa, Sn Fasihah, Sn Azwa, Sn Aishah and everyone involved in my care. Special thanks to Sr Mages, my ward supervisor, for the excellent hospitality, leadership, and for ensuring a comfortable and well-managed ward throughout my stay.

I was admitted due to food poisoning and stayed on Level 7 ward. The nurses were very attentive and caring, and the overall service was excellent with a pleasant environment. Special thanks to Dr. Kana for the dedicated care and helping me recover quickly.
