I was recently admitted to Bagan Specialist Centre due to food poisoning and epigastric pain, and I had a very positive experience throughout my stay. I was attended by Dr Kana, who was very professional, attentive, and took the time to clearly explain my condition and treatment plan. The nurses were caring and responsive, always checking in to make sure I was comfortable and recovering well. The room was clean and well-maintained, which made my stay more pleasant during a difficult time. I’m truly grateful for the excellent care and support provided. Thank you to Dr Kana and the entire medical team for helping me recover smoothly.

Hi...gd evening,I'm here to sharing my unforgettable experience that i hve this time,I'm 1of medical ward staff, on 15/2,I cm ED to get treatment, Dr intan was c me,n she was diagnose me Bell's palsy??? For double confirm Dr.was col Dr.lim to confirm n they are refer our physician for next day...after i bck to my car i was crying 10 to 15minit...b'coz i couldn't accept what was going on me,on16/2 morning I cm to c Dr.kana n he aso confirm ...again I get Bell's palsy so I need admission for further treatment...I was admitted but I was mentally down,but Dr kana gve gd explained that Bell's palsy n stroke are different,I need physio, I need complete my 10dys medication ,I need to do MRI..all was done,thanks again our radiology burn,Dr anastasia...Sn seha teman me until finish my mri,n all my ward staff azwa,siti,narmatha, dhurgis, mimi ,linda..geetha, hanis n all of staff even the medical 2staff,physio staff aso,sorry if I nvr mentioned ur name...alot off gd hearted staff cm n look at me n really they are moral support me,pray n the kind words, motivate me to recover soon.....only this is the way I can say 100times thanks to them...hopefully I'm be recover soon,n become strong for my kids #when people sick klu boleh moral support...jgn penting diri sendiri #klu xwish recover pon xpe, jgn sakit hati org,we do no what was they are go true #PRAY FOR ME..THANK AGAIN

During my 3-day hospital stay, I received truly excellent care and support from the medical and nursing team. I would like to sincerely thank Dr Lim PY, the medical officer who attended to me, for the prompt care and clear explanations, as well as Dr Kana, my physician, for the professional and compassionate management throughout my admission. I am especially grateful to the nursing team Sn Nurin, Sn Syazana, Sn Huda, Sn Dhurgis, Sn Nisa, Sn Fasihah, Sn Azwa, Sn Aishah and everyone involved in my care. Special thanks to Sr Mages, my ward supervisor, for the excellent hospitality, leadership, and for ensuring a comfortable and well-managed ward throughout my stay.

I am grateful for the exceptional care provided by Dr. Kanagarajan and the entire nursing team who looked after my daughter. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and reassured. Dr. Kanaa took the time to listen to our concerns and explained every step of the process with clarity, making sure we understood all the options available. The nurses were incredibly attentive, always checking in and ensuring my daughter was comfortable throughout her treatment.

We brought our dad to the hospital because he had a high fever, and he was admitted for treatment. From the start, he was really well taken care of. Dr. Kanagerajan was very attentive and managed his condition well, we could see our dad getting better day by day. There was a point where things got a bit more complicated, but thanks to the quick response from the team, especially Dr. Lim from the Emergency Department, everything was picked up and handled in time. She was also very patient in explaining things clearly to us, which really helped us understand what was going on. Later on, when his heart condition started to worsen, we decided to transfer him back to the hospital where he’s been followed up for a while. It was something we had already been thinking about, and the team helped make the transfer smooth and efficient. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Dr. Kanagerajan, Dr. Lim, the ward nurses, and the ICU staff for their professionalism, dedication, and support throughout our father's stay. A special thanks to Dr. Lim for her calm, clear explanations and kind attitude, it made a big difference to us.
