-Dr. Azril is good and competent. -The food is also delicious. -The room is comfortable and cool. -The nurses are kind and attentive in their care. -Other staff, like Izzat in customer service, are also good.

My name is Agalya Ghandi, and this was my fifth admission at Pantai Hospital Sungai Petani. I was treated for several health conditions by Dr. Jayaganth Jayabal, Dr. Eng Thong Pin, Dr. Azril Harris, Dr. Leong, and Dr. Najib. All of the doctors were extremely friendly, kind, and professional. I am truly very satisfied with the medications and treatment procedures provided throughout my entire admission. Among all the doctors, my all-time favourite is Dr. Jayaganth Jayabal. He is truly a gem—genuine, caring, and very patience. He always takes the time to listen to my daily blabbering (pity him, haha!) and provides clear explanations and valuable advice that are easy to understand and very calming. He is down-to-earth and exceptionally kind. After the nerve block treatment, I experienced complete relief from pain. All the physiology staffs and all the nurses were excellent; however, my favourite persons are Miss Izzah and Madam Jothi, they both are were incredibly sweet, humble, kind, and caring. The level of care she provided exceeded my expectations, and they both truly deserves great recognition. I would sincerely appreciate it if her dedication and compassion could be rewarded with a well-deserved pay raise. I would also like to sincerely thank Mr. Mohammad Sheid, and Mr. Mohammad Izzat, who assisted me throughout my entire admission. I am truly impressed by their dedication, patience, and the respectful manner in which they treat each and everyone in this hospital. And the cleaning services are very kindest person and clean work environment named Madam Letchumi for my entire admission. Is would like to thank her too. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Pantai Hospital Sungai Petani. I will definitely recommend this hospital to my family, friends, and colleagues. Dr. Azrill is an excellent and compassionate doctor. He took very good care of me and patiently explained every detail of my treatment in a clear and reassuring manner, which made me feel comfortable and confident throughout my care. I would also like to sincerely appreciate the Ward 2 staff nurses, Logeswary, Nadia, and Fitrah. They took wonderful care of me during my stay. Whenever I needed to go to the washroom, they personally assisted me, holding and supporting me to ensure my safety. Their kindness, patience, and attentiveness truly made a difference, and I felt extremely blessed to receive such caring support. Well done to the PHSP staff nurse team and the entire healthcare team for their dedication and compassion. Additionally, I would like to commend Staff Nurse Privithaa from the Emergency Department for her kindness and professionalism. She inserted the branula and took my blood very gently, and I did not feel any pain at all. She carried out her duties excellently and clearly gives her best in everything she does. Finally, I would like to thank Ambassador from the Public Relations team, Raj, who assisted me very well and was extremely helpful. His support and guidance were greatly appreciated. Overall, I am very grateful to the entire team for the outstanding care, professionalism, and kindness shown to me.

All services were okay in ward 2. Dr. Azril provided excellent treatment. Satisfied with the food, it was delicious. Customer service representative Izzat also came to the room to collect feedback about the hospital services. Everything was okay and great.
