The hospital service is good and the facilities are clean. The waiting time for ward admission may be a little long due to the high number of patients. Readmitted in February 2026, the service was good, admission time was faster, Dr. Azril's service was easy, and inquiries from Izad customer service were okay.

Dr. Azril is the best.. provides good treatment, comfortable room.. the service from the nurses in ward 1 and Izzat customer service is also good.. very friendly and very helpful.

Dr Lai Chuang Chee, Dr Teoh & Dr Azril are the best..give treatment to our family..the nursing staff in ward 1 are very friendly and helpful..especially sn siva, sn hana, sn farihah, sn ummu and all the staff whose names I forgot..not forgetting csa sharifah who is caring and always asks how you are..may you be blessed.successful in your career.
