My name is Agalya Ghandi, and this was my fifth admission at Pantai Hospital Sungai Petani. I was treated for several health conditions by Dr. Jayaganth Jayabal, Dr. Eng Thong Pin, Dr. Azril Harris, Dr. Leong, and Dr. Najib. All of the doctors were extremely friendly, kind, and professional. I am truly very satisfied with the medications and treatment procedures provided throughout my entire admission. Among all the doctors, my all-time favourite is Dr. Jayaganth Jayabal. He is truly a gem—genuine, caring, and very patience. He always takes the time to listen to my daily blabbering (pity him, haha!) and provides clear explanations and valuable advice that are easy to understand and very calming. He is down-to-earth and exceptionally kind. After the nerve block treatment, I experienced complete relief from pain. All the physiology staffs and all the nurses were excellent; however, my favourite persons are Miss Izzah and Madam Jothi, they both are were incredibly sweet, humble, kind, and caring. The level of care she provided exceeded my expectations, and they both truly deserves great recognition. I would sincerely appreciate it if her dedication and compassion could be rewarded with a well-deserved pay raise. I would also like to sincerely thank Mr. Mohammad Sheid, and Mr. Mohammad Izzat, who assisted me throughout my entire admission. I am truly impressed by their dedication, patience, and the respectful manner in which they treat each and everyone in this hospital. And the cleaning services are very kindest person and clean work environment named Madam Letchumi for my entire admission. Is would like to thank her too. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Pantai Hospital Sungai Petani. I will definitely recommend this hospital to my family, friends, and colleagues. I was admitted for 2 nights due to gastro problem and my case was attended by Dr. Azril Haris. My case was supervised very detailed by him and i am very satisfied with the explanation and the treatment suggested. The nurses also being very helpful and they are very expert doing their task. The most surprising thing is the food. I never thought hospital food is very delicious. During the discharged i was placed at Patient Lounge while waiting for my spouse. I just have to wait and relax in here while waiting for the medicine and bills. Also thanks to customer service staff, Raj for the great hospitality and also the nurses (forgot the name) that helps with the discharged in this lounge. A really soft spoken nurse and i love her style. I would definitely rate 5 starts for this hospital.

I have been receiving care from Doctor Azril for almost 7 years. Alhamdulillah, the hyperthyroidism I experienced has recovered by 90%, and I am still receiving his treatment and advice. During my interactions at Pantai Hospital, I received excellent service and care from all departments. Everyone was very helpful and satisfactory. Kak Ina, as Doctor Azril's assistant, has provided me with very satisfactory assistance and service. I have already informed my family members and colleagues to seek any treatment at Pantai Hospital.

Admitted to the hospital on 24th aug coz of food poisoning, My doctor was Dr Azril , he’s a professional doctor , throughout the treatment I can feel the atmosphere is showered with care. Day after i was recovered. Mr izzat approached me at patient louge, he’s a caring person asked about my status and everything . Overall it was a good experience staying in pantai hospital

I'm really happy with yhe treatment given by Dr azril. He was verybkind and took good care of me throughout my treatment.. Special thanks as well to SN Suria for helping me on my first day in the ward. At that time I was a bit weak due to high fever. Since I was admitted at night she came to check on me frequently because she was worried about my condition. I was trully appreciate her kindness and care. You are very caring and kind.
