Over the past period, my bro-in-law was hospitalized here for more than a month, close to two months. During this time, many specialists were involved in his care. We are deeply grateful not only for the medical care provided, but also for the compassion, clear explanations, and emotional support given to our family throughout this difficult journey. Even until the very last moment, we were guided with clarity and comfort, which meant a lot to us. Although my bro-in-law has now passed on, the efforts and commitment of the entire medical team will always remain in our hearts. A very special thank you to the nursing team, especially the ICU nursing team and the 9B ward nursing team. When my bro-in-law was no longer able to care for himself, the care, patience, and kindness they showed were truly invaluable and deeply appreciated. Thank you once again to everyone involved.

I had terrible problems parking arriving by motorbike but the staff in Block B were so incredibly helpful sorting it out. The Dr Nurul Yaqeen Mohd Esa was the best sleep doctor I have seen (I have seen many!), attentive, very insightful, very quick to read and remember my multiple reports and pragmatic. I also saw a cardiology doctor Dr Lim Chiao Wen, who was also outstanding. I have previously been attending Prince Court and Pantai and these specialists at Sunway were leagues better in my opinion. This is definately my first choice hospital in KL after a long period attending Prince Court. Everything is very organised and the support staff were all lovely too.

My preferred private hospital for myself and my son. I'm dealing with Dr Farah (O&G) for my TTC, pregnancy and delivery, Dr Melanie (Paed) for my baby, Dr Nurul Yaqeen for prolonged cough, Dr Juani (ENT) for prolonged flu, Dr Tee Teong Jin (Gastro) and Dr Johann (Surgeon) for my gallbladder issues. This is a preferred private hospital for my family. The clinics, wards and emergency are all efficient and professional. Just need improvement on the elevator at Tower B.

A very nice, friendly & professional respi physician. Explain patiently in detail on my mom's condition, treatment and progress. My mom have the best experience under her care.
