⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Sivalingam Raja Gopal, Sakina, Mona, the physiotherapy team, the nurses at Carnation Ward, and everyone at Tawakkal Specialist Hospital for taking such good care of me throughout my knee treatment and recovery. For a long time, I had pain in my right knee whenever I walked, climbed stairs, stood for too long, or performed prayers. At first, I thought it was just a muscle problem and even tried acupuncture, hoping it would get better. However, the pain continued and started affecting my daily life. After an MRI scan, I finally found out the real cause. I was diagnosed with Plica Syndrome, where thickened tissue inside my knee had become inflamed and was rubbing against my cartilage, causing damage and a small tear. From the beginning, Dr. Siva was very patient and professional. He explained my MRI results clearly in a way that was easy to understand and helped me feel calm and confident about the treatment. I am truly grateful for his experience, skills, and the care he showed throughout the process. Thank you as well to Sakina, who was always helpful, kind, and made everything go smoothly. A special thank you to Mona and the physiotherapy team. Mona has been amazing throughout my recovery journey. She always explained the exercises clearly, encouraged me when progress felt slow, and helped me understand which muscles needed strengthening and why. Her patience and positive attitude made a big difference in my recovery. I would also like to thank the nurses and staff at Carnation Ward. Everyone was friendly, caring, attentive, and always willing to help. Their kindness made me feel comfortable and well cared for during a difficult time. Looking back, I feel very thankful to have been treated by such a dedicated team. Not only did they treat my knee, but they also treated me with kindness, respect, and genuine care. I’m a professional badminton player and I came to Dr Sivalingam for a shoulder injury. Honestly, my experience with his and the hospital’s service was really good. I was hospitalised twice and both the times, I was taken care of well by all the nurses in the ward. Even the physios were very helpful and patient with me.. Dr Siva made sure I got the right treatment and did only the best for me in order to return to sports. I would definitely recommend athletes to come here if they have injuries because Dr Siva knows the best for athletes.
