He is very dedicated, humble, and attentive, and he took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel calm and reassured. Having an endoscopy and colonoscopy procedure here. Everything went smoothly from preparation until post procedure. Good explanation as well about the procedure as this is my first time. Special thanks to Dr Shafarul and Endoscopy staff (SRN Rohayati, SRN As, SRN Siva, SRN Ulaga, OTAS Azlan and CA Rashidah) and also all the Orchid Ward staffs for taking a good care of me along the procedures and my stay and also to the MO's and Emergncy staffs who assess and check on me first. Lavender ward alis, syafiqah, atierah and izzati are good. The toilets are clean and fragrant.. Dr Goh, Dr Gan and Dr Shafarul are the best. The food is also delicious 🥰 …
