I undergone my knee replacement operation at OSC under Dr Chan Kin Yuen. Operation was successful and I recovered after 3 months, with physio treatments during post hospitalisation period. The staffs at physio department are very helpful with my rehab exercises, which speed up my recovery process. Nurses at the ward are friendly n helpful which make my hospitalisation stay less stressful n comfortable. I must thank the customer service personnel, Ms Resham helping to speed up the process of getting all the insurance documents done , she is efficient n extremely helpful.. Overall I am impressed with OSC, from doctor to their staffs, all are very helpful n efficient in their job. Thank you OSC.
