I have knee pain for a few months and one of my friends recommended me to consult Dr Chan Kin Yuen of OSC. Dr Chan very patiently explained to me the condition after the MRI results. I was very fearful but he informed me that the meniscus surgery is very simple and that I shall be able to regain the mobility. I had the surgery done on 8 December 2021 and stayed in the hospital for a week during which time the ward nurses were very helpful. They observed my every movement. The physio therapist came in daily giving me the necessary exercise. On the whole all services are excellent. Finally I wish to thank Dr Chan and his team for their kind services. I was so scared to come in,after seeing Dr Chan , He gave me the assurance that all be okay and even refer me to the physio and talk to them first.When I came out from OT the first day is like everything is fine. Nothing happen. Second day felt nausea and gastric and bunch of Drs came and ask me how is my condition I told them what I felt and they did advice me regarding my medication and I felt so assured by them Third day was my worst day .pain and heaviness , then the team came and they were the nurses and so supportive towards me and cared me and gave me a lot of confidence , by the fourth and fifth day the nurse helped and taught me how to shower and also helped me after removing my urine bag. I’m so confident that I can go home safely..Thanx to Dr Chan, Dr Manvir, Dr Suba , the nurses are Minder,Rozana Azimah farhan puteri isati vinu Gaya Rita Shanti and Bryan the physio staff as he is patience towards me.
