      I had a good treatment experience at KPJ Kajang Specialist Hospital. I was diagnosed with a slipped disc at L4 and L5, and Dr. Khairul Rizal explained my condition very clearly and thoroughly, which helped me understand my diagnosis well. The doctors, OT room staff, and most of the nurses were professional, caring, and supportive. However, I would like to mention one concern where a nurse responded dismissively when I informed her that I was feeling feverish. As a warded patient, I believe patient concerns should be taken seriously. Aside from this incident, I am satisfied with the overall care and treatment provided.
