I had a good treatment experience at KPJ Kajang Specialist Hospital. I was diagnosed with a slipped disc at L4 and L5, and Dr. Khairul Rizal explained my condition very clearly and thoroughly, which helped me understand my diagnosis well. The doctors, OT room staff, and most of the nurses were professional, caring, and supportive. However, I would like to mention one concern where a nurse responded dismissively when I informed her that I was feeling feverish. As a warded patient, I believe patient concerns should be taken seriously. Aside from this incident, I am satisfied with the overall care and treatment provided.

In general, I experienced excellent care from Dr. Khairul Rizal, who offered me a thorough medical consultation regarding my condition and assisted me with pain management. The hospital staff and the physiotherapy team were supportive and offered a good assistance from the time I was admitted for the procedure to the present follow up sessions. The only issue is with the registration process, where the wait to get the number can take as long as 30 minutes.

Dr Khairul Rizal was consistently clear about my back pain. He suggest me to undergo physiotherapy. Went well, no issues at all. Very friendly & excellent Doc.
