Admission was a bit slow because i arrived at 10:30am and got my room at 4:00pm.. Admitted in ward 2. Everything was okay. Nurse and staff were friendly. Dr Ramesh explained everything clearly about my condition. Thank you.

We got introduced to this hospital for their service and professionalism. So we brought our parents for their annual health check up. Everything was perfect since the registration until we got the check up results. Especially, the health screening department process was smooth and well instructed. We were well take care of by very helpful and kind staffs there. We're appreciate the help from "Thilagay, Hidagy, Lee, Syasya" a lot. Overall, it was a successful check up. Later on we decided to do some procedure with Dr. Ramesh and was accompanied by Nurse. Suguna and her colleagues. Everything went smoothly and very well taken care of by Ms. Hilma and her colleagues from the customer service department. the service was perfect and treat us with respect kindness. Appreciate their support a lot! Overall, we had a successful experience at the hospital.
