I recently underwent a total thyroidectomy under the excellent care of Dr. Lee Roy and I am thrilled there were no complications. Dr. Lee Roy’s expertise & dedication made a significant difference in my recovery. Dr. Sharifah, my endocrinologist, provided detailed explanations and care that reassured me throughout the process. Dr. Ganesh(radiologist) performed my thyroid biopsy with great care and precision, and Dr. Ranveer (ENT specialist) was also exceptional in explaining every detail of my treatment. The entire nursing staff & administrative team were incredibly helpful. I would like to highlight administrative staff Nithya & Mr. Melvin for ensuring all administrative and insurance claims went smoothly. Went for my appendic removal. The best hospital. All went smoothly from registration, warded, and discharged. A credit for Dr. Siew Lee Roy and Luqman, they are very polite, telling all the procedure well and helping so much. The discharge process is the best among other hospital, all the people (billing and pharmacy will come to your bed). Best experiences and surely will come here for any 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Although I did not know Dr. Siow personally, I was drawn by the excellent reviews and decided to give it a try.After undergoing a series of tests including a scope, MRI, CT scan, and PET scan, I was devastated to learn that I had been diagnosed with Stage 4 rectal cancer. It felt like my whole world had collapsed, and I couldn't accept the reality.However, Dr. Siow encouraged me not to lose hope. He gently told me not to cry and to stay positive. His words gave me strength when I needed it the most. He immediately arranged for 8 sessions of chemotherapy and 25 sessions of radiotherapy. This year, in June, I underwent surgery to remove the now-shrunken tumor.Throughout this entire journey, Dr. Siow gave me valuable advice, emotional support, and the knowledge I needed to better understand my condition. My dad received an excellent prostate treatment and follow up care from Prof. Dr. Surayne Segaran and Hernia Operation with Dr.Siow Lee Roy . Both doctors were patient, and very reassuring throughout the entire process. We are truly grateful for the dedicated care and highly recommend. Assistance (LINA & SAFI) were equally impressive. I frequent this hospital too much i might as well work/live here 🤣 (kidding) . That just shows how much I appreciate the doctors i see here. Top tier treatment and they are always one call away! Dr Haliza, Dr Rashdan, Dr LeeRoy, cant thank them enough for all their care and support 💙🩵🩷. Not to forget their CAs, all the nurses and staff here, amazing and friendly service! 🤩 One thing though, this hospital needs to improve their food choices. No foodcourt available here. Cant rely on grab forever 😌. What if the hospital try partnering with grab and give your patients some discounts or something? Hey thats an idea! 😃
