Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Dr. Siow Lee Roy were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr. Siow Lee Roy really took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. Not to forget friendly and helpful nurses as well as staffs. I had a great visit and the doctor’s demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this hospital.

My dad received an excellent prostate treatment and follow up care from Prof. Dr. Surayne Segaran and Hernia Operation with Dr.Siow Lee Roy . Both doctors were patient, and very reassuring throughout the entire process. We are truly grateful for the dedicated care and highly recommend. Assistance (LINA & SAFI) were equally impressive. They were friendly, and extremely helpful. They made the entire process, from check-in to follow-up, so smooth and stress-free. Their positive attitude and professionalism really stood out. Dr Leroy and Dr sharifah is the best doctor one could ever ask for. Their explanation was crystal clear and helpful. Not to forget their staff from nurses to customer service. Top notch!!
