Went to to see orthopaedic doctor for wrist and thumb issue. The doctor was kind, explained everything and did not order wasteful tests. The admin staff is helpful and efficient as well.

Had my knee surgery done with Dr Choong Chee Leong who was very professional throughout the whole session. He was very thorough answered all questions and diligently finding ways to seek different ways to comfort for my pain post surgery. The food there was surprisingly good, though my medication didn't help as it would make me feel nauseous or loss of appetite but the lady that came by to take our orders for the day or the next was very friendly and patient. She would repeat the list over and over for every patient with a smiley face in the end. Apologies as I couldn't catch her name. Nurses were alright, some are good ones, some were new, some still learning, some very forgetful, but I understand they are busy individuals but a better system for them to work around would be great. I appreciate the hardwork, care and support from the staff members during my stay in the hospital. Thank you very much. 🙏🏻

The nurses & personnels here are always helpful, friendly & never cease to greet with politeness & smiles. Dr.Liew (ENT) & Dr.K.Selva (Orthopaedic) are attentive & caring towards patient, gives good advice & recommendations. No doubt, from now on Beacon Hospital will be my first choice.

The service provided was excellent, and the lab test results were also fast. Special thanks to the doctors who handled the case: Dato Dr Mohamed Ibrahim A Wahid, Dr Choong Chee Leong, Dr Koh Khai Luen, and Dato Dr Patrick Tan Seow Koon. Additionally, thank you to Ms. Mina Ripin, who was very helpful throughout the treatment process in Malaysia, assisting with administration, accommodation, and even transportation. At times, there were language communication gaps which Ms. Mina Ripin was able to bridge.
