It was his very first hospital admission, and as a parent, I was filled with worry and doubt — would the team understand his needs? Would they know how to comfort him? But from the very start, Dr. Lee and the entire MD02 ward staff went above and beyond. Their kindness, understanding, and gentle approach made all the difference. They didn’t just treat a patient — they cared for a child with unique needs, and that means the world to me. Thank you for turning a moment of fear into one of comfort and reassurance. Outstanding Care at Columbia Asia Hospital Seremban From January 30 to February 7, my wife and I went through one of the hardest moments of our lives as parents. Our baby, Hayreddin, was admitted to Ward MD2, Room 28, and the care we received was truly exceptional. To all the nurses in Ward MD2 from day one—thank you. I wish I could name each of you, but there were too many amazing nurses to count. No matter the time, day or night, whenever we called for help, someone always came—kind, patient, and supportive. You didn’t just do your job—you genuinely cared. We also want to sincerely thank the food delivery lady and the cleaners in Ward MD2. Your kindness, consistency, and hard work did not go unnoticed. You helped create a clean, calm, and caring environment during a very stressful time for our family. Special thanks to Dr. Lee Kun Fung. I’m a very detail-oriented father when it comes to medical explanations, and he absolutely nailed it. He explained complicated terms clearly and even went the extra mile by using graphics and visuals to help us understand our baby’s condition. I truly hope management recognizes this incredible team. I had a very positive experience during my baby Shawn Lee stay at ward MD2 (Paeds ward) of Columbia Asia Seremban. The ward was clean, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable environment for my baby to recovery.
