Outstanding Care at Columbia Asia Hospital Seremban From January 30 to February 7, my wife and I went through one of the hardest moments of our lives as parents. Our baby, Hayreddin, was admitted to Ward MD2, Room 28, and the care we received was truly exceptional. To all the nurses in Ward MD2 from day one—thank you. I wish I could name each of you, but there were too many amazing nurses to count. No matter the time, day or night, whenever we called for help, someone always came—kind, patient, and supportive. You didn’t just do your job—you genuinely cared. We also want to sincerely thank the food delivery lady and the cleaners in Ward MD2. Your kindness, consistency, and hard work did not go unnoticed. You helped create a clean, calm, and caring environment during a very stressful time for our family. Special thanks to Dr. Lee Kun Fung. I’m a very detail-oriented father when it comes to medical explanations, and he absolutely nailed it. He explained complicated terms clearly and even went the extra mile by using graphics and visuals to help us understand our baby’s condition. I truly hope management recognizes this incredible team. They deserve appreciation, pay raises, and bonuses for the impact they have on families every day.
