I have been with this SALAM hospital since 2016. So far, I am very satisfied with the services provided by all the doctors I have met (Dr. Alina, Dr. Aizudeen, Dr. Pareek, Dr. Zaqrul, Dr. Dzulkarnain, Dr. Shah and Datuk Dr. Azlan). They are professional, attentive, and excellent in their care. The nurses are also kind and supportive, always ready to help. The food served here is delicious, the rooms are always clean thanks to the housekeeping team, and the air-conditioned rooms provide the comfort every patient wishes for. Even the security guards greet with a smile, the nurse assistants are helpful, and the receptionists are always friendly and welcoming. Parking used to be free, but even now with the charges, it is still reasonable at only RM0.60 per hour. Overall, I am truly satisfied with the service and care provided by this hospital.
