A spacious and comfortable hospital. New and modern facilities. The best service is provided from registration to discharge. Friendly and considerate treatment of nurses and doctors. Fast action when called upon. Doctor Zaqrul who treated my son is the best because he knows how to take heart and calm the patient in his way. Other facilities such as cafeteria facilities are large, spacious and fast. A varied menu and ordered food can be delivered directly to the room without the patient having to go to the cafeteria themselves. The food served to the patients is very satisfying, but the creative menus should be varied. On average I am very satisfied and recommend you to get services at this Ucsi Hospital.

2nd time having to admit my children to Salam. The first time was under Dr Lim. Fabulous dr! My son is so smitten with Dr Lim! Calls him his favourite dr ever! My son’s surgery was effectively done by Datuk Azlan with the expert anaesthetist Dr Hanapi. Had such friendly treatment from the nurses in OT and Jasmine ward! More recently my daughter was admitted under Dr Zaqrul and Dr Sharmini. Also both tremendously fabulous drs! All treatments required are given promptly and great explaination given everytime. Rosemary ward nurses are fabulous… Many thanks to the team for makig this stressful times a whole lot better! Keep up the good work!

Dr Zaqrul is an amazing paediatrician. My son had PANDAS and he was one of the few specialist familiar with the management. As a medical doctor, I trust him with my son. He is great with kids. Review by Dr Sonia
