I have been with this SALAM hospital since 2016. So far, I am very satisfied with the services provided by all the doctors I have met (Dr. Alina, Dr. Aizudeen, Dr. Pareek, Dr. Zaqrul, Dr. Dzulkarnain, Dr. Shah and Datuk Dr. Azlan). They are professional, attentive, and excellent in their care. The nurses are also kind and supportive, always ready to help. The food served here is delicious, the rooms are always clean thanks to the housekeeping team, and the air-conditioned rooms provide the comfort every patient wishes for. Even the security guards greet with a smile, the nurse assistants are helpful, and the receptionists are always friendly and welcoming. Parking used to be free, but even now with the charges, it is still reasonable at only RM0.60 per hour. Overall, I am truly satisfied with the service and care provided by this hospital. Thank you for the consistent excellent service SALAM!

2nd time having to admit my children to Salam. The first time was under Dr Lim. Fabulous dr! My son is so smitten with Dr Lim! Calls him his favourite dr ever! My son’s surgery was effectively done by Datuk Azlan with the expert anaesthetist Dr Hanapi. Had such friendly treatment from the nurses in OT and Jasmine ward! More recently my daughter was admitted under Dr Zaqrul and Dr Sharmini. Also both tremendously fabulous drs! All treatments required are given promptly and great explaination given everytime. Rosemary ward nurses are fabulous… Many thanks to the team for makig this stressful times a whole lot better! Keep up the good work!
