Alhamdulillah, my child's experience being warded at Aurelius Hospital was very good. From the moment of admission, there was a sense of worry, but the staff's service here was very helpful and reassuring. Throughout the treatment, Dr. Yap Song Hong was very professional and compassionate. The doctor explained my child's condition clearly and was very patient in answering every question we had as parents. The nurses were also very gentle and attentive, always checking on my child's condition. The hospital itself is clean, comfortable, and has a calm atmosphere — suitable for a child to rest and recover. Alhamdulillah, it was a very good experience that made us feel more confident and at ease. Thank you to all the staff and especially Dr. Yap for the excellent service 🤍

I am very satisfied with the service provided at Level 2, Room 207. Dr. Yap provided excellent care, was clear in his explanations, and was very concerned about my child's condition. The nurses were also very helpful. My child is a bit difficult to take medication, but with the nurses' help and approach, my child managed to take the medication well. They were very dedicated and friendly.

Ward 2, Room 206 The service from the emergency room was all fast, efficient, and effective. The surroundings were very clean and very comfortable. Dr. Fazlina and Dr. Yap, both doctors who examined my son Khalid Zia, provided many tips and advice regarding Rotavirus in children under 5 years old. Kudos to them. Staying here for 5 days felt like a vacation, with the food menu for the caregiver of the sick person being too delicious.
