First time experience here, great. I got a shared room for 4 people. Even sharing 4 people, my child can rest peacefully and very private. Doctor Yap is very good, and takes good care of the child. The nurses are all good, I want to thank the nurses because they help look after my child when I need to go to the toilet.

I had such a pleasant experience when my son was admitted in ward 3. Thank you for Dr Yap and nurses in ward 3 for such a kindness and professional treatment

look how happy my baby is with his dr yap hehe. warded for 5 days & the service was excellent. nurses in ward 302A&306 very attentive too, they help to look for my baby when i need to go somewhere. the only thing im not satisfied is- its hard to get single room & i need to repeatly ask whether it is yet available or not. (2 days double room, 3 days single) hope they can improve on that

Alhamdulillah, my child's experience being warded at Aurelius Hospital was very good. From the moment of admission, there was a sense of worry, but the staff's service here was very helpful and reassuring. Throughout the treatment, Dr. Yap Song Hong was very professional and compassionate. The doctor explained my child's condition clearly and was very patient in answering every question we had as parents. The nurses were also very gentle and attentive, always checking on my child's condition. The hospital itself is clean, comfortable, and has a calm atmosphere — suitable for a child to rest and recover. Alhamdulillah, it was a very good experience that made us feel more confident and at ease. Thank you to all the staff and especially Dr. Yap for the excellent service 🤍

I am very satisfied with the service provided at Level 2, Room 207. Dr. Yap provided excellent care, was clear in his explanations, and was very concerned about my child's condition. The nurses were also very helpful. My child is a bit difficult to take medication, but with the nurses' help and approach, my child managed to take the medication well. They were very dedicated and friendly.
