Admitted to this hospital twice. The first time was for an endoscopy and abdominal scan. The second time was for gallbladder removal surgery. Alhamdulillah, everything went smoothly. Thank you to Dr. Hasnizal, Dr. Yap, KPJ staff, KPJ nurses, and everyone involved during my stay at KPJ. This hospital is truly the best. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Dr. Hasnizal is very kind and friendly. The nurses are always smiling and never complain when called. The care was meticulous and thorough. Everything is in good condition. Thank you.

Thank you to KPJ Kluang. My mother was just discharged. Thank you to Dr. Yap. Staff Nora in the emergency department was indeed good and efficient in her work. The nurses in Ward 620 were also kind, especially Nurse Kalai who assisted my mother in the toilet 👍.

1. Dr Yap is helpful and the explanation from the doctor is very thorough. 2. Ward staff Sakura is very very helpful and friendly. Treated well by them. Really appeciate all the assistance provided by the staff ward. Ward Sakura also nice and clean. Very comfortable and quiet place. I can rest peacefully here in room 663. 3. However, would strongly suggest a little improvement on SOP of security personnel when entering the ward, female ward especially. Just by 2-3 knocks, the guard will barge in the room without waiting for the patient to answer/ready with proper attire. I was recently admitted to female ward on level 5 (daisy ward), they should prioritise more on the patient’s privacy as we have to take care of our aurat. Overall The visiting hours should be lengthen. As this is my first time admitted to KPJ, the visiting hours is a bit weird compared with other private hospital. Why is the visiting hours is similar with government hospital? Husband is not allowed to accompany his wife due to the policy of same gender to be female ward carer. For isolation room, I'm understand that no carer allowed to accompany patient as the patient have a contagious disease. Previous private hospitals i was admitted to never implement such rule, in which i think is quite absurd considering that i was assigned to a single person room. Appreciate if KPJ management takes this into consideration Thank you

Sakura ward 611, Dr. Yap. The doctor's explanation was good, to the point where I understood it, regarding further treatment. The nurses who took care of me in Sakura ward were all kind. I am very satisfied with the treatment received at KPJ Kluang.
