Admitted to this hospital twice. The first time was for an endoscopy and abdominal scan. The second time was for gallbladder removal surgery. Alhamdulillah, everything went smoothly. Thank you to Dr. Hasnizal, Dr. Yap, KPJ staff, KPJ nurses, and everyone involved during my stay at KPJ. This hospital is truly the best. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Dr. Hasnizal is very kind and friendly. The nurses are always smiling and never complain when called. The care was meticulous and thorough. Everything is in good condition. Thank you.

I was admitted to the ward on 22/4/23 in the morning and went to the emergency department. Dr. Yap treated me on the 6th floor, Sakura Ward, room 616. The doctor explained my illness clearly until I understood. I am satisfied with the treatment from Dr. Yap. The nurses on the 6th floor, Sakura, were good when I pressed the call bell. They administered nebulizer treatments on time and closed the door. Thank you to all the nurses who provided care during the public holiday. Thank you KPJ Kluang.

11/5 my mother was admitted to KPJ Kluang due to AGE. Treatment from the emergency department to the ward was smooth...My mother was admitted in ward 603. Alhamdulillah its a very good service from being admitted until discharge.Dr. Yap Wan Teng treated my mother very fast and carefully. Sakura's staff are very excellent in their work especially C/A Noor Saadiah and Norain Tahar who help my mother. Dont forget to do the dietry section of Mrs. Zuraidah and Mrs. Zarina and also TQ for En.Amirul who assist my mother using stretcher from emergency until ward..Thank you for your service and care to my mother..
