This a review of my vist to the Urologist in the hospital, Dr Koh Joo Lee. One of the most unfriendly and least confidence inspiring doctor I have ever met. She was all business. Charged me RM235 for just signing off the CT Scan radiologist doctor's report with no additional input and she gets to charge me additional RM235 for a few word with me. I tried to get some advise of anything helpful to understand my CT scan results and she just brushes me off by saying that is the job of the Nephrologist and proceded to give me a lecture on how dibilitating chronic kidney desease can be. Duh, you don't have to be a genius to understand that, captain obvious. She has no interpersonal skills, does not build rapport with patients. She is in the wrong line of work. So calcuative. I feel she would be better suited as an auditor of accounts. Jeez. Made me wait past an hour of lunch for her to give me my report of the CT scan. There were noone else before me when she walked out her clinic doors just before 12. And I had to wait until after 1pm to get it. Walked past me like I was invisible. Never go see this Urologist! She's useless! Money down the toilet!

Horrible Experience!!!! Was having further diagnosis with my parent but found out that the Doctor was no more resident at there. So we were pass to another doctor, Dr. Koh Joo Lee. Everything seems fine but after 2 hours of waiting, and seeing this doctor walking here and there without seeing any patient who waiting at her clinic and not giving any response or updates about her schedule. We asked her nurse but the nurse also don’t know how long the doctor is going to come back. Really don’t understand why the doctor cannot just at least update us that what time she is going to be free as my parent haven eat since yesterday for this diagnosis. If she is not free today just let us know so we can visit another time. Btw. We NOT planning to visit here again. I think johor still got plenty of hospital we can visit for this diagnosis. Thank you for this “wonderful” experience ❤️

Dr Koh delivered excellent service in treating my son illness. His following up is details and his advices is valueable. The front desk cashier is quick in services.

Overall the hospital look clean and tidy for me, but who know is a BAD experience for me. The Urology doctor KOH JOO LEE attitude is very bad. Patient after checking just asked additional question and she said waste her time. That person has bad manners and hasn't had a very good upbringing, Impatient. Before checking when she asked some question, im dont know either the answer she dont like or others reason, show me bad attitude and deep breath in front of me. Asked her what reason will cause symptom of a disease, also never give patient a great answer. Even i go normal clinic, they will show the professional but this person NO, shame to be doctor.

Excellent doctor!!! (Dr Koh Joo Lee) This was my first time visiting this hospital. I booked an appointment for 11:45 am the day before. The hospital website system also indicated to arrive half an hour early for registration and waiting. At 11:35 am, I entered the clinic and heard the doctor inside speaking loudly to the previous patient. At 11:48 am, the patient finally came out, and I heard the doctor scolding the nurse inside. The reason was that the time needed to wait for reports could not be completed before the consultation time (12 pm), so my appointment needed to be canceled the day before. Of course, the solution was to charge an extra fee for exceeding 12 pm. Waiting and money are not issues when it comes to health. My personal opinion is please do not bring personal emotions or negativity into your work as a doctor........
