Alhamdulillah..Overall, the hospital facilities are superb and the Doctors and nurses are polite and helpful. Conveniently located close to our home. My special thank to Dr.Omar and team in treating my wife. Room during my wife hospitalization were clean nice and spacious and comfortable. Dialysis team were nice and polite and accommodating. Thank you Staff nurse Lucy and team.Equipment and facilities are clean except for one occasion where the toilet was not kept to its hygiene level. Customer service front desk -a very big Thank you to Puan Sharifah for excellent service rendered and got my membership card well on time.Unfortunately the utilization for it, is pretty limited-discounts only for main meal from the main cafe lobby-drinks and tidbits were not included in the discounteditems.Nevertheless, like the food and meal served there, its quite tasty actually.Choices are quite abundance. One setback- The process of payment is still pretty much lacking in cohesion between the finance and pharmacy-one occasion where I was informed that my wife were already given her medicines prescribed by the pharmacy section, where in actual fact it was not yet being prescribed.This leads to quite a delay and annoying wait for me. I am a regular at the hospital because of my wife’s 3 times weekly dialysis procedure of 4 hours session each for the last 2 months.So to encounter such flaw is disheartening. I would like to suggest that the IT department coordinate with the admission team by using the QR code unique to each patient profile for faster computer generated forms check in process.Saw a notice on the admission desk, the time line getting a patient admission is a lengthy process of at least 2-3 hours depending on self pay or insurance coverage.Can’t imagine the agony of a very sick patient waiting to be treated.Sure it could be improved to maintain your already good service. Dr Omar was a friendly doctor. Good service, delicious food, clean and tidy environment. Should thanks to housekeeping staff. Security officers also willing to help and polite, they never failed to offer assist. Staff nurses was understand patients situation which make us feel comfortable.

Excellent service from hospitality, doctor and fast services. Especially doctor umar, big thanks for the treatment given to my husband. very friendly and kind and gives accurate information to patients. High recommendation for those looking for a surgeon, thank you doctor for the service and treatment given and the staff is good.
