I first met Dr. Ashraff and Nurse Hayati on May 17, 2022, after a staircase accident that left me with a deep wound just below my right knee. Dr. Ashraff skillfully stitched me up with 21 stitches, and both he and Nurse Hayati took excellent care of me. Two and a half years later, in late November 2024, I developed severe pain just above my right knee (pes anserine bursitis) on the same leg. The pain was so intense that I couldn't sleep at night. I immediately requested to see Dr. Ashraff and Nurse Hayati again, and on December 16, 2024, they scheduled my procedures for January 15 and 16, 2025. Throughout the process, they were incredibly patient, thorough in their explanations, empathetic and kind, going above and beyond to help me. I couldn’t have asked for better care. (By the way, Pantai Hospitals now use the MyHealth360 app, which makes managing appointments and accessing digital reports so much easier. Very convenient!) My experiences at this hospital have always been wonderful, just like at the government hospitals I’ve visited. I guess I’ve been lucky in that sense. Alhamdulillah, MasyaAllah. ❤️ I absolutely love the shops in the hospital, and there are plenty of great food options. The staff, from porters to doctors, have always been kind, professional and friendly. But I believe that wherever we go, it starts with us: respect is earned, not demanded. Again, I’ve been fortunate in this regard. MasyaAllah, Alhamdulillah. ❤️ On March 10, 2025, I walked into the clinic for a follow-up with Dr. Ashraff, only to find out he was on OT leave. Thankfully, Dr. Mohd Noor Azam and Nurse Noor Shaffirrah were available to see me. They were both amazing: kind, attentive and even had a great sense of humor! 😬 They swiftly addressed my pain and provided the necessary medications. So far, my experience with the Bone & Joint Clinic at PHKL has been nothing short of excellent.

A friend introduced me to Dr. Mohd Noor Azam for plantar fasciitis, a long issue I faced. Dr. Azam is highly friendly and calm, well experienced and I nearly didn't feels pain when the needle injected. Post injection, he asked me to walk normally and explained about the meds, anesthetic effect. It means he did injected to accurate area! I likes his short but clear explanations throughout the procedure. I did PRP injection earlier and could feel the needle penetrated to my deep tissue and the syringe content get into my foot, but not this round! Shafira his nurse, is efficiently helpful and friendly! Ms. Shoba & Nurul at daycare ward, treat me well and attended to my every needs smoothly & professionally. Ali, the wheel chair's transporter, patiently helps me to find my car at 3 levels of the parking bays! This is my first time went to Pantai Hospital Bangsar, and I am pretty sure to visit Dr. Azam in future. They are highly experienced, reliable and customer driven people! Dr. Azam and nurse Fira provide exceptional care. Initially sought for a second opinion on my fractured foot, Dr. Azam became my primary physician due to his outstanding approach. His patience, reassurance, and kindness set him apart. What I appreciate most is his compassion, as I feel a patient’s mental wellbeing is equally crucial when having physical injuries - an often overlooked aspect. Dr. Azam's made me feel safe and cared for. Highly recommended for anyone seeking not just treatment, but a supportive healthcare experience.

orthopaedic consultation and surgery with Dr Ashraff has improved my upper arm dislocation problem. Assisted by Hayati on appointment and pre and post operation procedures. MUA and follow up session with Dr Azam has significant improvement on shoulder mobility and Coupled with frequent physiotherapy sessions.

Had a minor knee surgery here with Dr. Azam — very calm, professional, and patient throughout. Felt like I was in good hands the whole way. Big thanks also to staff nurse Fira. She was extremely helpful, even outside regular hours, whenever I had questions or needed to check something. There was one time in particular, when the pain was quite severe — she helped arrange cryotherapy for me on short notice, and it really made a difference. Appreciated the care from both the doctor and the team.
