My first visit to Mahsa Specialist Hospital, environment good , all medical equipments here are very high tech. Nurses are friendly n polite. Dr Suren will listen patiently of our problems before conducting the ogds. Hospital provides light meal after the scope. There is onli one thing need to improve is the registration n payment service coz it really took too long.

Recently, my wife underwent an appendix removal surgery, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Dr. Surendran and the medical team. Dr. Surendran was truly an amazing doctor. Throughout the process, he constantly shared positive and encouraging words that helped lift my wife's spirits. His ability to reassure patients and lighten the mood is something very special and not something we often see. It made a stressful situation much more comforting for both of us. In addition, the care and attention provided by the nurses were excellent. They were kind, attentive, and professional, which made my wife feel well taken care of during her recovery. Upon arrival around 9 PM, I was promptly registered and received immediate attention from Dr. Adam, who treated me with great care and ensured I felt reassured throughout the process. After a thorough examination, it was determined that I needed to be admitted follow-up with a CT scan. Typically, the approval process for using my company medical card can be lengthy, but Dr. Adam expedited this, allowing me to get the necessary scans done promptly. The support staff were also incredibly helpful, assisting me at every step. Following the CT scan, I was introduced to Dr. Surendran Salvanayagam, who would be overseeing my treatment during my four-day stay in a super single bed ward. The ward itself was impressive—more akin to a four-star hotel than a hospital room, equipped with modern amenities and comfortable furnishings. The admission staff took the time to explain the facilities available to me, and the nursing team was attentive and available around the clock. I would like to extend my special appreciation to Dr. Surendran Salvanayagam for his exceptional care and dedication during my treatment, which greatly contributed to my recovery and overall positive experience at the hospital. One feature that stood out was the personal infotainment system in the ward, which allowed me to browse the internet and stream shows from Netflix and Astro Go using my own accounts. Additionally, the MAHSA patient app provided easy access to my medical records, invoices, and treatment details. I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Surendran Salvanayagam and the nursing staff from December 11th to 14th for their constant care and attention. Their efforts greatly contributed to my recovery. The support staff and cleaners also played a vital role in ensuring a comfortable environment during my stay. The food served at the hospital deserves special mention as well; it was of hotel quality—healthy and flavorful—with multiple choices available for each meal. Upon my discharge, I appreciated the trendy and cozy interior design of the hospital, which further enhanced my experience. Post-discharge, the customer service staff promptly sought my feedback and immediately responded to any matters that could be addressed right away. Overall, I found MAHSA Specialist Hospital to be competitively priced compared to other private hospitals while offering an exceptional level of service. I would highly recommend this hospital to friends and family seeking quality healthcare.
