I was admitted for a day care minor surgery and had a great experience. Dr Chang Wei Hsi from dermatology and the nurses (Sharmila, Gan Meng Hee and Hasnah) were very helpful, attentive and professional. Thank you!

I had a very pleasant experience at Columbia Asia Hospital Setapak. Before seeing Dr. Elizabeth Chang, I initially visited the Emergency Department and was attended by Dr. Shahril Kamal. I would like to sincerely thank him for his professionalism and for referring me to Dr. Chang for further management. I was later admitted under Dr. Chang due to severe skin issues. My skin had become very thin, extremely itchy, and was starting to blister, which made it very uncomfortable to work and carry out daily activities. After consultation, she advised admission for proper treatment. Following discharge and the medications prescribed, my skin has fully recovered and returned to its normal, healthy condition. Now that I have recovered, I truly believe that it was the right decision to consult with Dr Chang! The admission process was very smooth. Registration was handled efficiently by Ms. Ain and Mr. Daus, and the on-duty Bed Management staff, Ms. Rajes, arranged the room very quickly. The nurses at MD3 Ms. Shafiza and Ms. Madeline @ Maira were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. The room was clean and comfortable, and the food provided was good and satisfactory. Overall, the service was excellent and truly top-notch. Highly recommended! Thank you so much, 🥰

I've been admitted here 8 times... 6 times to MD4 & 2 times to MD3. I was just discharged from MD4, room 95B, for the 6th time (16/10/24). As usual, the nurses are very kind & gentle with patients, especially Azreen, Fathin, Saydatul, Aisyah, Athirah, Rohani, Banu & Zaheerah. They are so friendly that it makes us feel comfortable when we are in the ward. They always come to ask 'Are you okay?' even when it's not medication time. You guys are truly the best. May ALLAH reward all your kindness ❤️ CAH can give them an award 🤭 Thank you guys for tirelessly taking care of me who keeps getting admitted since last year 🤣 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Also, I wouldn't forget the staff at the admission counter who always cooperated with my requests. You guys are the best too. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 For MD3: My 1st admission was very stressful because some staff were arrogant & spoke quite rudely. When I asked about medication, they immediately said 'We have many other patients to care for.' Is that really necessary to say? I was just asking because the doctor told me to take medication at 10 AM, but it wasn't given by 11 AM. When I asked the nurse about the doctor's instruction to use saline solution for nasal irrigation, they told me to just use plain water. Then, when the doctor asked, they said I had already done it 🫠 Not to mention, when I pressed the call bell, they just told me to turn it off. When I requested a room change, they complained loudly at the counter. My 2nd admission to MD3 had 3/4 nurses who were okay. Alhamdulillah. ⭐⭐⭐
