From checkout to medication dispensing took less than 15 minutes, reflecting strong process discipline and frontline execution. This is a best-practice model worth replicating. The Specialists, Dr Shantene & Dr Sim were experts in their respective fields and the nurses at the 4th floor ward were kind and friendly and the rehabilitation team were fantastic in helping me to recover.
