Had my back surgery here and recovering well. Was very happy. Thanks to: - Ms. Nithya and the Customer Service team. Professional and courteous. My room and billing were handled well. - Dr. Mohd. Daud Sulaiman. A very knowledgeable Cardiologist whom I had consulted on a few occasions. - Dr. Sim Chaw Sian. As a skilled Orthopaedic Surgeon, he knew the best solution for me. Very funny doctor. - Dr. Zuraini Md Noor. A dedicated Cardiac Anesthetist who took the time to explain the risks twice. Stayed with me throughout the entire procedure. - Encik Hasif, Cik Ida, Ms. Kalai and the ICU team - for their diligent care and patience. - Puan Farhana, Encik Zul and the Physio team. Their effective treatment got me walking again sooner than expected. A fantastic team indeed. Meals were also timely and good.

Unfortunately, I had to be hospitalized during my birthday, but I was taken good care of by my orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Sim Chaw Shian, and lots of warm-hearted nurses from the surgical ward! Your service goes beyond patient care. Another shout out goes to Nurse Sim Choon Mei at level3 day care who took extra care of my spouse while he was warded for a minor ops. She was very intentive , caring and very responsive. She deserves as well a 5 star rating. I would also like to give a big thank you to Shahril from bilinng dept who was quick and swifth with his service. KPJ Damansara to me is one of the Top Notch hospital as compared to the other big names in this same industry. While I stay very far from Damansara, I will still prefer to come here for any procedure.
