I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Assunta Hospital. My brother suffered a massive stroke in early December, and I rushed back from the United States to be with him. I was truly and pleasantly surprised by the world-class quality of medical treatment and care he received at Assunta Hospital. He was supported by an outstanding team of doctors and incredibly caring nurses who quite literally saved his life. A special shout-out to Dr. Neo, neurologist—he may look fresh out of high school, but he is exceptionally skilled, knowledgeable, wise, and patient. He always took the time to answer my many questions in depth, often using drawings to help me understand better. My sincere thanks also to Dr. Nick, cardiologist, for his kindness and attentiveness; Ms. Chan, speech therapist, who went above and beyond by feeding my brother a special Christmas “feast”; Ms. Celilia Santiago, speech therapist, for her professionalism and warmth; and Anita, physiotherapist, who was consistently punctual and dedicated in her care. I am also very grateful to Cik Wan Natrah from the billing department, who kindly helped expedite the billing process during a stressful time. Most of all, my heartfelt appreciation goes to the nursing team—efficient, caring, warm, and joyful—who attended to my brother’s every need with constant positivity and bright smiles. Thank you to Priss, Venessa, Yow, Low, Pria, Ashley, Alia, Looshini, Fera, Durga, Ven, and others whose names I may not know but whose kindness I will never forget. I am truly thankful and impressed that this hospital, though modest in size, delivers such exceptional, world-class treatment and service. Syabas, Assunta Hospital!

I would like to express my deepest appreciation for Dr. Neo Ray Jen. My brother recently suffered a massive stroke, and I rushed back to be with him. Dr. Neo Ray Jen was the neurologist in charge of my brother’s care. While he may look fresh out of high school, do not be deceived—he is exceptionally mature, wise, highly skilled, and deeply knowledgeable. What impressed me most was his patient, kind, and calm demeanor. Unlike many doctors who always seem rushed, Dr. Neo consistently took the time to answer all of my questions in depth. He would even draw diagrams to help me better understand my brother’s condition. On occasions when I could not see him in person, I wrote down my questions, and he always took the time to respond. Dr. Neo kept me updated on my brother’s daily progress and shared in our excitement when my brother’s numbers improved. He, together with the dedicated team of doctors at Assunta Hospital, truly saved my brother’s life. How does one ever express enough gratitude for that? Dr. Neo is an extraordinary neurologist, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone in need of neurological care. I salute you, Dr. Neo, and thank you sincerely for saving my brother.

My deepest gratitude to this amazing hospital. The hospital might look dated compared to all the fancy hospitals out there, but I can confidently say from doctors to nurses, this hospital is dedicated in helping their patients. We have had great experiences especially with OBGYN DR.NIRAJ my all time favourite person, Pediatrician Dr.MARY, ENT DR.SOMA and NEUROLOGIST DR.NEO. Recently my dad was diagnosed with Parkinsons after years of being misdiagnosed for spinal stenosis. We have been to countless hospitals, done countless medical screening and not one doctor had suspected Parkinsons. But always trying to do more tests with no answers and even suggested a spine surgery. Words can't describe how grateful we are to have found Neurologist Dr.Neo in Assunta. He has been so patient and kind in accessing and treating my dad. Our journey just started but I have my full trust in Dr.Neo. It goes back to this, the doctors in Assunta are extremely skillful, talented and 100% patient driven and committed in giving the best treatment. Not one doctor we have seen have rushed their treatment nor consultation. Not only are they empathetic to their patients but have been extremely kind to the family members as well. Something I find rare. A special thanks to the amazing staff nurses (Nurse Nerha, Nurse Louis, Nurse Chong Kaeni and Nurse Huda) from Melati ward for being so patient and kind. You guys are amazing. Keep up the great work.

Title: Outstanding Care and Compassion at Assunta Hospital I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the care I received at Assunta Hospital. Dr. Neo, my neurologist, is truly exceptional. His expertise, patience, and genuine concern for my wellbeing went far beyond my expectations. He carefully listened, explained everything clearly, and guided me through my treatment with utmost professionalism and compassion. Dr. Neo is not only highly skilled but also deeply caring. He treats patients as people, not just cases. A special thank you to Kak Yati from the pantry, whose warmth, kindness, and attentiveness made my hospital visits so much more comfortable. Small gestures can mean so much, and she made every visit a brighter experience. I also want to commend the nurses at Melati Ward. Their dedication, professionalism, and heartfelt care made my stay smooth and reassuring. They were always attentive, patient, and kind, making sure I felt supported at every step. The combination of Dr. Neo’s expertise, Kak Yati’s thoughtfulness, and the Melati Ward nurses’ compassionate care made my experience truly outstanding. I highly recommend Assunta Hospital to anyone seeking not just excellent medical treatment, but also genuine empathy and support throughout their care journey. Gracefully, Ms. Tang
