Admitted to room 701 under Dr. Koh. New nurses provided good service; some of the older nurses were very polite. Recovery went very well. Thank you so much to all the nurses on Orchid Ward.

I had a pleasant experience at the hospital. The doctor was very attentive, honest, and careful in handling my case. Kudos to Dr Nazrin & Dr Koh✨ Nurses were cheerful and easy to talk to, which made the environment feel relaxed and welcoming. The atmosphere was peaceful, and of course food was good too. Overall, the service and care were excellent. Thank you to the whole team.

Upon entering the lobby, it felt like being in a luxury hotel. I was warmly welcomed by the staff who escorted me to the lift and then to the ortho clinic on the 4th floor. I met with Dr. Koh. The conversation with Dr. Koh was also very calming. He explained everything until I understood and felt at ease. Sakura Ward 601 felt like a staycation for me to rest. All the staff were very kind, and I was most surprised when Pn. Faiznur, Executive of KPJ Kluang, personally came down to visit me in Sakura Ward 601. If possible, I would like to mention everyone's name here. Just an hour after being in the ward, Dr. Akaff, the Radiologist, was waiting for me to undergo an MRI. My fear disappeared when the procedure I would undergo was explained. Mr. Wan came for ice therapy. The service was like VIP treatment. Thank you to all the staff, Dr. Koh, Dr. Akaff, Dr. Bushro. In another 2 weeks, we will meet again for my next physiotherapy session. My fear of going to the hospital has disappeared. 👍

LEVEL 6, WARD SAKURA 612 under DR KOH orthopaedic, so far very good doctor. He explained very well. A big thanks to Dr Koh, Physiotherapist who did physio professionally, thanks to all the nurses in Sakura ward for giving us good hospitality and caring and always available there to help us whenever we need. Truly grateful for their dedication. All the best KPJ KLUANG staffs for more growth in future
