2022 Dec I have my own experience delivery my daughter with Dr Norliza .. MasyaAllah she was very good, polite and patient.. insyallah next also we fly back from Saudi all the way to Batu pahat for her service.. insyallah.. thank you Doc for ur understanding and amazing service. 2023 July my youngest bro also did operation cannot remmber the doc name. But he also have very good out come. Doc siap tunjuk why and how he help on his case and he also follow up himself asking my bro situation after operation.. Alhamdulillah he is recovered.. 2024 March.. my mom did a major operation for total knee replacement. By Dr Ezat.. MasyaAllah Dr Ezat ni was sooo amazing Dr. He serve my mom mcm mak dia sendri and his staff too klau mengadu any issue for my mom macm siblings je. MasyaAllah. The operation out come was so amazing .. alhamdulillah.. my mom knee problem was at stage 4-5. Mmg tahap Tak boleh guna dah. So alhamdulillah she is recovering and what best is the operation was alhamdulillah amazingly not as painful as we heard and imagine. After one month + my mom can walk without the walker. Was so happy and thankful with the outcome. Alhamdulillah. I really suggest anyone yang have issue with ur bone, knee pg lah jumpa Dr izat ni. U will not disappoint with the service.. My mother previously suffered from serious knee pain that made it difficult for her to walk and she had to use a wheelchair to move around. After Dr. Ezrat gave her an explanation and confidence that the surgery would be beneficial and she would be able to recover and walk, my mother finally underwent surgery for both knees with Dr. Erzat. Alhamdulillah, my mother can now walk normally. Therefore, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Ezrat for performing the successful knee surgery and as a result, my mother can now walk without using crutches and can walk normally after 3 months of treatment. Undergoing the PLED procedure with Doctor Ezrat. After a year of being bedridden due to a slipped disc. 3 hours in the operating room, Alhamdulillah, I was able to walk and stand normally like everyone else. Here is my sincere review for Dr. Ezrat Samadi, Orthopaedic Specialist at KPJ Batu Pahat Specialist Hospital, Mrs Hafsah (clinic assistant) and all the wonderful staff at Topaz Ward, especially those who cared for me in Room 601. I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to Dr. Ezrat Samadi, Mrs Hafsah and the entire team at Topaz Ward for the excellent care and service throughout my admission. I was diagnosed with plica knee syndrome and successfully underwent surgery under Dr. Ezrat’s care. Dr. Ezrat was very professional, kind, and clear in explaining my condition, treatment, and recovery process. I truly appreciate his dedication, especially when he came to visit and examine me even during the Labour Day public holiday. His commitment and concern made me feel very reassured as a patient. My stay in Room 601 was also very comfortable. The room was clean and well maintained, with housekeeping done twice a day. The bathroom was clean, the air-conditioning worked well, and the internet connection was fast and stable, which was very helpful during my recovery. The bedsheet and blanket were changed every two days upon my request, as I personally felt daily changes were not necessary and wanted to avoid unnecessary wastage. The food served was delicious, and the overall service from the ward staff was excellent. The nurses and staff were friendly, attentive, and very helpful. I would also like to thank the physiotherapy team for their care and support during my recovery. They provided cold therapy twice a day, with each session lasting about two hours, which really helped reduce the pain and made my leg feel much better. Overall, I am very satisfied with the treatment, facilities, cleanliness, and hospitality provided by KPJ Batu Pahat, especially the Topaz Ward team. Thank you once again to Dr. Ezrat Samadi and all the staff who made my recovery journey smooth, comfortable, and reassuring. Highly recommended.

Alhamdulillah. Completed endoscopic spinal surgery treatment with Dr. Ezrat. Before the treatment, my legs were weak, I had to use a wheelchair, and I had chronic sciatica symptoms. The treatment was simple but effective. The staff at the clinic (Mrs. Hafsah) were very helpful. The Dr. was also very caring and professional.
