Been hospitalized here for almost a month coz of pelvic fracture/broken wrist/collapsed lung and still attached to Dr Tee (Orthopedic) clinic for monthly appointments. My life saving doctors especially Dr Narendra. Thank you to Dr Tee Seng Siu, Dr B. Narendra, Dr Zul, Dr Suhaila and all the doctors who had treated me there. You are all my heroes. And thanks to all the staff and nurses who cared for me when I was warded. Especially during the time where I couldn't move at all. And all the nurses who made a home visit to cleanse my wounds. Thank you thank you 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 Don't hesitate to come here. They're all very friendly and helpful. I am glad to be transferred here from HSA.

I want to say thank you so much to Dr. Tee Seng Siu for the good service and treatment given to my husband. From the beginning until the end, everything went smoothly. The registration process was fast and easy also the staff at the counter were very friendly and helpful. It really made us feel comfortable from the start. When we met Dr. Tee, he explained everything clearly. As a wife, I felt confident and at ease with the way he handled my husband’s condition. He really took his time to listen and gave the right advice that helped us understand the situation better. This is actually the second time my husband came to see Dr. Tee for treatment. Because of his professional and caring approach, I had no hesitation at all to come again to KPJ Batu Pahat and meet Dr. Tee. His service really gave us peace of mind. The hospital environment also very nice and comfortable. I also want to thank the nurses on duty and Customer service team. They were all very kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Their service was really good and made the experience even better. Overall, I’m very satisfied and truly thankful for the care we received. Dr. Tee and the whole team gave us a very good experience. Nice, helpful, friendly staff at KPJ BP from front entrance staff ( guard and especially 1 malay male staff wear spec one) to Doctor Tee, nurse and all internal staff. Good service KPJ BP!
