Service overall really good and staff nurse are friendly. I have abdorminal hernia and Dr Lopez were recommended. Good Dr provide surgery and give good advice. During his absent, Dr Kumaresan was in charge, he also very good taking care. A small bump is after surgery can go back within 2 days. But due to drainage pipe quantity not at minimum. Need to be warded until extra 3 days. Maybe there’s some communication problem between the Dr”s cause prolonged in discharges. Overall great experience.

Had such a good experience in BTMC. The procedures were smooth and all the staffs and doctors especially Dr Dominic Lopez and his nurse Mrs Norazliza were very friendly and helpful from the emergency department to the treatments and follow ups. The room provided to stay in was neat and clean too. Foods provided are delicious. Tqsm!
