Doctors Gunasegaran, Kamil, and Hilmi were professional and caring. They checked on me regularly, which helped me feel confident and supported my recovery before I went home. Staying on the Premier Floor felt like being at home than a hospital. The nurses—Yana, Bella, Suhaida, Hafizah, Kak Linda, Syakila, Hafiza, Prima, Munarawah, Dayah, Fatin, and many others—were attentive and kind, which made a big difference in my comfort. The housekeeping team kept my room clean, and Redza and his food service team provided warm and nutritious meals that suited my needs. Additional comments: Mum's Admission to the Hospital My mum recently had cancer surgery by Dr. Sebastian Tong and Dr. Wan in the same hospital, who were both very professional and caring throughout the long procedure. I felt relieved knowing she was in good hands. My mum shared that she felt well cared for during her stay on the Premier Floor, which is equipped with an AI system for enhanced monitoring. She especially praised the nurses — Wawa, Siti, Haafizhah, Yana, Awanis, Alisya, Ida, Rozianah, Shazreena, Asnita, Hidayah, Prima, and many others — for their patience and attentiveness, particularly when recovery complications affected her mood. Their dedication not only supported her healing but also gave me peace of mind. I would also like to thank Redzan and the catering team for carefully managing my mum’s liquid diet, as well as the cleaning staff for keeping her room spotless despite frequent use. Excellent care from Dr Sabastian Tong and nurses, Ayu, Sofea, Nurul and Dr anaesthetist Dr Rosaidy for a smooth colonoscopy. I was extremely anxious of the procedure but Dr Sabastian, and his Team were very good in supporting me and ensuring I was comfortable. After taken health screening result, there's issue with the reading and was referred to Dr Tong for further investigation. Dr Tong explained patiently what is the next action to find out the root cause. As for Ms Ayu, she is very detailed in explaining what are the steps that we should do for the daycare treatment.

I'm having very good experience with Dr Sebastian Tong and his assistance Kak Ayu. I'm doing fistulotomy with Dr Tong. Every session and every procedure he handled with care and very precise.
