1st time admitted at this hospital due to hypertension. Thank you to super friendly and highly competent Dr Muhammad Shahruddin (Internal Medicine) and Dr Mohan Ramachandran (Cardiologist) for attending my case. Nurses here are friendly, and customer service reps Uma Devi is very helpful. Facilities are nice, food are excellent and medical costs are adfordable. Highly recommended for those staying nearby and looking for a nice place to get treatment.

I recently visited Columbia Asia Bukit Rimau for my husband's cardiovascular health screening. The registration process was smooth and straightforward. Dr. Mohan, the consultant cardiologist, was very patient in explaining the available options and next steps. I especially appreciated how he reassured us and helped us stay optimistic, sensing our concerns. He also assisted with the necessary letters for insurance claims, which made the process much easier. Additionally, his clinic assistant, Ms. Maha, was extremely helpful, guiding us through everything from insurance questions to directing us to the correct departments for scans. Overall, a professional, caring, and well-organized experience.

The care and attentiveness of this hospital knows no bounds. From registration all the way to payment they have been amazing. Bought my 79 year old mother here for an echo and a checkup, registration was breezy as I had to let my mom go off first while I found parking. The registration counter helped immensely with my elderly mother and brought her to see the doctor quickly and helped with her mobility issues too. Dr Mohan (cardiologist) was amazing in explaining and helping to understand the underlying issues and gave his advice with no hesitation. Felt like he was treating my mother as his own, really really top notch medical and people skills! Terrific care! Would never like to visit the hospital as it means something is wrong but if ever needed, Columbia Asia Puchong is the way to go!

My MIL was diagnosed to have meningioma, she was referred to Dr Idris Shahrom, visiting consultant neurosurgeon in Columbia Asia Bukit Rimau. Initially we thought he’s a serious, strict, and grumpy surgeon looking at his goatie mustache, but we found him very friendly, amusing, caring, and his explanation to my MIL was very detail, yet using laymen words making it easy to understand. Surgery was uneventful with no complications. My MIL was discharged well and happy. She is already looking forward to the next appointment with Dr Idris. Other Doctors, Dr Habibah, Dr Ng, Dr Mohan, who were taking care of her were also very kind, friendly and helpful. All the staffs involved in the treatment were very helpful, attending to every need and request accordingly. Thank you, and may Allah reward all of you handsomely
