As 1st time parent we fully hopes that he could assist us but He keep saying " your choice" instead of telling us what to do next (for jaundice case)… We take our own decision to admit our baby for 1 day and we never go back for the follow-up appointments yet nobody call from his clinic for updates . By the way - My baby was born at KPJ Pasir Gudang and now we refer to other doctor at other place... with better services

My son is admitted in ruby ward (401 B) on 17/02 to 20/02 due to Influenza A infection under Dr. Aziz Rahman Ibramsha. I would like to express my gratitude to our favourite doctor Aziz and all the nurses who attends my son. Actually, I was infected with the Influenza A as well and unable to take my son properly on that day. But, fortunately the nurse (sorry I forgot to ask her name) who worked night shift (this happened around 1.30am to 3.30am something) lend a hand to take care of my son who was having high fever (39c) while she asked me to sleep because I looked very tired. She is the one who wiped my son with water to control his temperature for almost 1 and half hours while I'm sleeping (she was standing for 1 and half hours). I'm impressed! She deserves recognition. Thank you so much to the nurse and the entire team. I really appreciate all the nurses here because they're very polite, kind, and providing the best service without any hesitation. All of them willing to help me anytime. I will definitely recommend KPJ pasir gudang, Dr. Aziz who is the best paediatric doctor and all the friendly staffs. Keep up the good work and all the best.

Poor service and wrong diagnosis by Dr Aziz Rahman! I bring by son to visit Dr Aziz because my regular Dr francy on leave. Very disappointed. Not check properly and even I’m not satisfied with his explanation

My daughter admitted (19/5/2024) due to Influenza A under Dr. Aziz. Big thanks to all nurses who attends my daughter & help me to give medicine (cause my daughter has a hard time taking medicine). Overall I'm very satisfied

Have received treatment with kpj pasir gudang since around time pkp. Everything is okay. 2023 giving birth with doc salmi. From monthly checkup to delivery. Next pregnancy would repeat checkup with doc salmi if there is no pregnancy problem 😁 Children can get treatment with doc aziz, from birth until checkup monthly vaccination is the same. The physio staff is good, I received treatment under doc samsudin and have received treatment with doc che wan. To the doc, especially when you have to go to the emergency, kudos every time you get treatment, explanation well. Nurses are all good esp nurse ward sapphire. Thank you for taking good care of my child. But hopefully, there is a solution to the parking problem 😂 but overall, everything is okay.
