His explanations were always clear, detailed, and easy to understand, which truly helped put my mind at ease throughout the entire process. A special thank you also to Mrs. Linda Abu Bakar, Dr. Omar’s assistant nurse, who was exceptionally proactive and helpful. She made every arrangement smooth and efficient,especially during the PKP (MCO) period where her support really made a difference. The service provided by Dr. Omar, Mrs. Linda, and their department has been outstanding. I genuinely rate them 5 stars for their professionalism, care, and excellent service. I have also recommended Dr. Omar to many others because of the positive experience I received. Highly recommended! ⭐ 5-Star Review for Dr. Farzana Binti Mohamed Yusof, Consultant Paediatrician ⭐ Our experience with Dr. Farzana Binti Mohamed Yusof has been truly wonderful. Her consultations are excellent—especially for us as new parents—because she explains everything clearly and makes it so easy for us to understand. Her consultation room is cheerful and child-friendly, which instantly makes our baby feel comfortable. What we appreciate most is Dr. Farzana’s warm, approachable and friendly personality. Even during vaccinations, our baby only cried for a moment because of her gentle approach. A big thank you as well to Nurse Miss Natasha, who has been incredibly helpful, especially with appointment scheduling and providing such warm, personalised service. Although we now live far outside Johor, we still prefer to return to Tebrau whenever our child needs treatment because of the comfort and trust we have with Dr. Farzana and her team. Thank you, Doctor and Nurse! We are happy to give 5 stars for the amazing care and service.

I have passed by this hospital many times but did not think I will have to come here one day to get medial attention for my son. Our regular pediatric clinic was closed on Saturdays so I had to search for the nearest pediatrician in my area. My search lead me to Dr. Farzana at Columbia Asia. I took the chance to bring my 3-year old son here by myself and I am glad I did that. My little boy was nervous about going to new places, especially without his mother around, even though this hospital had a very nice and refreshing environment. We were pleasantly approached by an amazing staff, Madam Sharifah Fatma, who immediately can tell I was having a challenge time handling my son alone and offered may ways to calm and distract him while I go thru the registration process. The service by Madam Sharifah Fatma and her team was amazing, friendly and very understanding of the effort to handle a child that cries a lot. I was then escorted to the nurses station for weighing and height measurements, then to the pediatric clinic for consultation. Although I DID NOT make an appointment (because this was a last minute decision), I did not have to wait too long; just two patients before us. And also Dr Farzana's clinic had plenty of fun and interesting things for a child to enjoy! (I have attached the photo). And Dr Farzana was very warm and delightful to meet in person. She treated us like we are old friends! When my son calmed down, Dr Farzana managed to explain to me many things. Luckily my son's case was nothing serious and we only needed medication. After consultation, we were escorted again by her nurse to payment counter. The staff here were nice and professional. Because there was some delay in my billing process, the staff alerted me about the delay and apologised in advance for the inconvenience to wait a little longer. In comes Madam Sharifah again...! And this time, she presented me with a complimentary magazine! She even helped me to take photos of our first father-son hospital trip together (see next photo). She then escorted us to the pharmacy to collect our medication. The pharmacist explained each medication and also helped to write on the labels what symptoms these medicine is best used for. That was very useful to know and a good tip to do. From our arrival till our departure, we were always accompanied by a member of the staff. This is something positive I see in this hospital and I hope it is followed elsewhere. To get a treatment like this with great hospitality leaves a wonderful experience to me. I do not look forward going to any hospitals. But only for THIS hospital, I am glad to get this positive experience. THANK YOU SO MUCH to Dr. Farzana and her nurses. To Madam Sharifah Fatma and her team, for the excellent service and care you all gave, it will be an unforgettable experience. :-D

Highly recommended hospital in jb. The whole process from emergency department, registration, admission to ward MD5, until discharge process was fast and smooth. I bring my daughter to emergency on 15/7/2022 for spiking fever and vomitted. Attended by MO and staff nurse within less than 1/2 hour. MO and staff nurse in ED treat my daughter and get all the test quickly done. Explained to me claerly and keep attending me while waiting for the bed in ED. My daughter admitted to MD5 on 15/7/2022. The nurses was quite young but very attentive caring and polite. My daughter admitted under dr farzana - very good dr. Explanation was very clear. My daughter is very comfortable with dr farzana. Highly recommended healthcare facility. Outstanding and excellent service from emergency , MO, MD5 ward, systematic flow and DR farzana.

Kudos to Dr Farzana and team for the proffesionals and good services for the 14 days here. My son was admitted due to pulmonary infection. The nurses were so kind and friendly. The hospital is good for its hospitality and Dr Farzana give a good explanations about my son's condition as well. The room is so clean and tidy. The food also surprisingly good. However if i could give an opinion, i would suggest a free parking fees for us (guardian) and not only RM5 discount. Thank you.
