I recently had surgery performed by Dr Yong Yuan Shyh and I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding care and expertise I received. From the initial consultation to post-surgery follow-ups, I was provided with clear explanations and reassurance throughout the whole process. Also, I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Dr Sharizan, who stepped in when my primary doctor wasn't available and provided excellent care, my foot is healing well now. I recently completed physiotherapy with senior physiotherapist Mr Segar and I'm incredibly grateful for the exceptional care I received. From the start, Mr Segar's expertise and dedication made a significant difference in my recovery. He tailored a challenging yet achievable rehabilitation program, provided constant encouragement and ensured I performed exercises correctly. The doctor was excellent in answering and clearly explaining all my questions, as I was apprehensive about coming to the hospital and had never undergone any medical procedure in my 48 years of age. Every time I step into Columbia Asia, I genuinely feel a sense of comfort and reassurance. From the reception staff right through to the final stages of care, the service has always been professional, warm, and attentive. It truly makes a difference when a patient feels seen, heard, and cared for at every level. Recently, my slipped disc condition flared up again and at that time my previous doctor, Dr. Yong, was unavailable. Looking back now, I believe this was Allah’s way of introducing me to Dr. Sharizan. She is incredibly sweet, graceful, and gentle, yet very confident and reassuring in her approach. Her explanations were clear, her manner was calming, and I felt completely safe under her care.
