I visited Columbia Asia Hospital through the emergency department due to severe back pain and was attended by Dr. Sharizan. The admission process to the ward took quite some time, likely due to the insurance clearance process. However, the hospital’s trademark teal colour theme, along with the paintings throughout the facility, created a very soothing and calming environment, which was comforting for patients. Although the hospital is not very large, the corridors, rooms, and overall spaces felt spacious and comfortable for patients. It also provides sufficient facilities to meet patients’ needs. The staff were helpful, attentive, and responsive throughout the stay.

I was sent to the physiotherapy department. The medical professionals there are very kind and helpful, always greet people with a happy tone. Special thanks to Ms Ana and Ms Izyan whom had walked me through the physiotherapy process. Never to forget many thanks to my doctor i.e. Doctor Sharizan from Orthopedic whom had attended to me, taking care of my needs, promptly checked my conditions and show patience to me.
