19/7/2025-22/7/2025 Mawar 10/1 I went to the Emergency Dept and was triaged fast by SN Azwan and was put to the Yellow Zone as my HR went up to 140!! and high fever as well. Dr Vijendren assisted by SN Syafiah, treated me and ordered IVD with thorough investigations immediately. SSN Denisha and SN Sam, SSN Jovienna whom in-charge for me gave a rendered care and ensure I feel okay throughout my stay there. Dr Chin reassessed and noted my HR still tachycardic and advised me to be admitted as this could be case of SEPSIS!! I agreed and immediately referred to Dr Liew KY and he also done all sorts of investigations to rule out the cause of the sepsis. Kudos to the ER team for such a quick intervention! I was then transferred to Mawar Ward and stayed for 3 days 3 nights here and I would say absolute care are given by all the nurses. although I was able to do my work myself but they never stop to offer their help whenever they see me struggling. Special mention to Sr Sandhiya, SN Priscilla, SSN Vivi, SN Hoo, SN Maisarah, SN Aiman, SN Priya, CN Thuruga and so much more staff nurses whom have attended me, also, the student nurses with CI Najwa was such a pleasure to be around! Kudos to Mawar Ward team! Also: to Radiology team for my CXR and USG which is very efficient!

I understood the breathing exs. Feeling good; improving. Services are good. Thank you Dr Suresh, Dr Liew, and physio Ms Anitha.

Past one week I admitted at ward Mawar for my treatment. Really all nurse such as isabelle, nava, maalini Nicolas, ling, jorosemy and doctors take a good care of me. I really appreciate it. I would like to thank my doctors Dr. Shamala, Dr. Liew and Dr. Jeeta.
