The service was impeccable, with each step unfolding seamlessly. **December 8, 2023:** An early morning Grab ride brought us to the hospital well before the scheduled time for my wife's lab tests, associated with her follow-up consultation. The promptness and efficiency of the staff ensured a smooth start to our day. **September 3, 2023:** We returned at dawn to proceed with the diagnostic tests for the cardio package. The process of collecting a queue number for blood tests was straightforward, and we enjoyed a pleasant breakfast at the hospital canteen while waiting. **September 2, 2023:** Accompanied by our niece, we visited Dr. Lim Kien Chien, a physician who has provided excellent care to several of our relatives. I'm been consulting Dr Lim Kien Chien since February 2021 when I was diagnosed with heart issues. He was referred by a family friend who is also a Dr in PHAK. I find Dr Lim is a dedicated & caring doctor who always encourages to ask questions whenever there is a doubt. He really cares and is concerned of my health condition. His clinic nurse Zuhailah is also very friendly & caring.

Harini saya ada appointment jantung dengan Dr Lim Kien Chien. Everything was great !! Customer service really fast !! You don’t have to wait for a long time sampai doc panggil. Tempat yang selesa. Nurse Zuhailah pun baik sangat so tou don’t have to worry for having a stretch doc and nurse. Everyone will be serve equally with a good quality. For those yang belum pernah datang and nak datang to follow up medical check up..i do recommend Hospital Pantai Ayer Keroh. You will be satisfied !!
