Very great experience for patient. Even I come late for the appointment, the process to entertain me is very good. Immediately they bring for xray and wait less than 5 minutes before meet with Dr Ramesh on my medical condition. Great service 5 stars.

Had an accident and stayed here for a few days. Got Dr. Jothi the Maxillofacial Doctor to fix my broken jaw with his skills. He is really good in what he does. There is also a nurse called Karen, she really took care of me during my stay compared to the rest of the nurse which I requested certain things and they ignored, like my bandages needed to be changed. My Orthopaedic, is bad, mainly Dr. Ramesh. Only thing, when he took out my stitches it wasn’t a clean removal. I went home for a week and I realise there was some blue threads. I had to dig it out and pull it out myself in the end. There was quite a few I needed to pull out. It’s not a dissolve thread ya. PLUS, he did not send me to a physio after taking out the bandages or explain to me fully my situation. I had to ask him for a letter to go for physio. Basically I went to Physio by myself. My Physio asked me why the doctor didn’t send you earlier? My muscles had been harden and will take longer to recover. Until now I still have issue, maybe it’s the screw issue. Now I have to go for a second opinion. There wasn’t any explanation on his side. Very unprofessional. Anyway that’s my honest thoughts. Definitely it’s much better than the General Hospitals.

Went to Columbia Asia at their PJ branch to check up on my leg after an accident happened when playing football with my friends. Was referred to their bone dr as it seems they were good. In the end found out had a tear in ligament and had to be admitted . Drs were friendly and took time to explain the pro and cons of each procedure. During my stay , was referred to their physio department too. However their nurses was abit slow in cleaning the room when the other roommate left thus felt abit "non hygiene" as the room had all the rubbish and things the previous patient had left. Their receptionist was kind and very helpful the Chinese guy with spectacle which I din get his name. They should promote him for his effort.
