I cannot recommend Dr. Rajveer Saren enough. As a nurse, I’ve seen many patients experience significant pain and swelling after similar procedures, which naturally made me quite anxious before my own. However, my experience with Dr. Rajveer was exceptional from start to finish. His professionalism, skill, and attention to detail immediately put me at ease. The procedure was far more comfortable than I expected, with minimal pain and very little swelling. In fact, most people around me could hardly notice any swelling at all, apart from the expected swelling around the nose. I would also like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the entire team at Damansara Specialist Hospital. From the nurses, OT staff, hospitality team, and cleaning staff, everyone was courteous, warm, welcoming, and professional. Their kindness and dedication made me feel cared for every step of the way. A special mention to the anaesthetist and Dr. Lee from Cardiology. Both took the time to explain things clearly, answer my concerns, and reassure me before surgery. Their calm, professional, and compassionate approach helped ease my anxiety and gave me confidence going into the procedure. As a small suggestion for improvement, it would be wonderful if the caregiver chairs could be upgraded to convertible recliner-style chairs. Caregivers play an important role in supporting patients, and having a more comfortable resting option would greatly enhance their experience during longer stays. Overall, I am truly grateful for the outstanding care and positive experience provided by Dr. Rajveer and the entire multidisciplinary team. Thank you all for making what could have been a stressful journey such a comfortable and positive one.

My first choice of hospital to go to. I’m a kind of person who are afraid of hospital before, but not at all at KPJ DSH2. I feel safe, very convenient, professional in their nurse and staff, best doctors to refer to for my conditions (Doctor Rajveer - ENT surgeon 🙌🏼 and Doctor Jaideep - gastroenterologist 👍🏼) Everything is perfect. I had my adenotonsillectomy surgery with Dr. Rajveer and later on did my endoscopy and colonoscopy procedures with Dr. Jaideep. Undeniably they are experts in their expertise. Highly recommended! The hospitality and care are top-notch. Their ambience is like a five-star hotel. ❤️
