      I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to my ENT doctor - Dr Nik Mohd Yunus, who demonstrated exceptional professionalism, skill and genuine care throughout my entire treatment journey. From the thorough explanations and reassurance before the operation, to the steady expertise during the procedure and the attentive follow-up afterwards, Dr Nik made me feel completely safe and well-taken care of. I would also like to commend the nurse - Siti Hajar whose kindness, patience and supportive presence made a tremendous difference. Their attentiveness and gentle approach provided comfort during every step of the process. I am truly grateful for their dedication.
