From the thorough explanations and reassurance before the operation, to the steady expertise during the procedure and the attentive follow-up afterwards, Dr Nik made me feel completely safe and well-taken care of. I would also like to commend the nurse - Siti Hajar whose kindness, patience and supportive presence made a tremendous difference. Their attentiveness and gentle approach provided comfort during every step of the process. I am truly grateful for their dedication.

Great experience staying at Park City Hospital. Dr Nik Yunus (ENT surgeon) did great job doing tonsillectomy for my kid. Pain experience is very little. My kid can take her meal on the same day and onwards. Very clean and comfortable room. The staff are very helpful. Definitely a very good hospital.
