Dr.Natasha was there for both me and my daughter Amina the whole time. Amina is 4 years old so I hesitates a bit to remove her tonsils & adenoids but her Paeds told me it’s time to get E&T to taka a look. After consulting few E&T Doctors I decided to go for it . Surgery went well but Amina had secondary bleeding and we had to go to the nearest ER. I was told tht this could happen to anyone but really didn’t cross my mind it will happen to Amina Anyways Amina was reluctant to open her mouth to any other Doctors & kept on asking for Dr Natasha. Another Doc managed to stop the bleeding & Amina is fully recovered now Dr.Natasha was contactable all the time! She was there guiding me through the process & what to do etc Amina insisted to go see Dr.Natasha so we did ! Just to check and say Thank you!

My son had been treated & did his surgery by Doc Natasha Ayla on 25-26/1/2023 at Sunway Med Velocity KL. She briefly explained to me & my son about the surgery. Dr Natasha is an awesome ENT. My 3 year old daughter could not take full breaths when she sleeps. It was very difficult for a parent to see her suffering every night. She needed an Adenoidectomy and a Tonsillectomy, but recovery from a Tonsillectomy would be very hard for a 3 year old so we decided to only do the Adenoidectomy since that would allow her to at least take full breaths even if the snoring was still present. We wanted to get it done as soon as possible but her normal schedule for surgery was full. Dr Natasha was kind enough to go out of her way to do the surgery on a Saturday and find an available operating room and necessary staff to make it happen for us. The surgery went well and now my daughter is able to take full breaths when she sleeps. We really appreciate what she's done for us and would definitely recommend her to everyone looking to get excellent quality care.

Brought my 4 y/o son to Dr Natasha for snoring issues and found out he needed adenoid surgery. Dr was gentle and clearly explained the diagnosis. The surgery went smoothly, and the entire team provided excellent care from checkup to post-surgery. The clinic is new and welcoming, with friendly nurses. Dr. Natasha Ayla, Consultant Ear, Nose, Throat, Head and Neck Surgeon was such a great doctor for us. It has been 3 months since our only son Padre John ( 6yo) had his adenoids removed. As a parents, we really stressed and worried when we heard our son suffering from adenoid and he has to go for surgery and he is also breathing through his mouth.
