A pioneering figure in Malaysian otology and neurotology, Prof. Emeritus Dato' Dr. Lokman Saim is celebrated for introducing cochlear implant surgery to the nation and establishing the UKM Cochlear Implant Team. With over four decades of experience, he has held significant leadership roles, including Vice-Chancellor of KPJ Healthcare University and the first Chief Medical Director of KPJ Healthcare.
