I returned to Columbia Asia after 2½ years, and from the moment I entered the Emergency Department until my admission, everything was incredibly smooth. I did not experience any difficulty at all. A special thank you to ER staff Thiban, who kept checking on me with great care. And to staff Tamil Selvi, who assisted me in the wheelchair and brought me to Dr. Chong. She also stayed with me throughout the check-up. Dr. Chong took the time to clearly explain all the procedures I needed to go through, which made me feel very assured. After that, Tamil Selvi wheeled me back to the ER, and the entire processing time was very fast. Columbia Asia’s service has never failed me from day one of my admission until now. Thank you for the excellent care.
