Throughout the night, they attended to my needs without complaint and with sweet smiles. Alhamdulillah. 25 July 2024 My husband was scheduled for surgery to remove tonsils and correct sleep apnea. Once again, MSU Medical Centre delivered the best. Under Dr. Azmi ENT, pain management was excellent. Nurses were very kind, clean. Receptionist as usual, smiling and welcoming. OT nurses calmed me down because I looked sad. In the evening, Dr. Azmi visited to ensure my husband was comfortable. We have been loyal customers since the opening of MSU Medical Centre because the doctors and ward nurses provide excellent service, comfort, and a sense of security. There was a slight issue in the emergency department, but the management there acted quickly and facilitated everything. Thank you to Dr. Imran Khan, Clinical Operational Manager, who handled the arising issue excellently. Thank you to the nurses of Ward 13A who provided 5-star care to my child. I have been loyal to MSU Medical Centre's services for 5 years because of the excellent management services from the administration, the best specialist doctors, especially Dr. Syed Nazir, my children's pediatrician.
