It was my first experience doing an endoscopy. Thank you to Dato' Dr Haron who conducted the procedure and his team for making it an easy-to-swallow experience (pun intended). The whole process from registration, doctor's consultation, pre-, during & post-procedure was quite smooth, Alhamdulillah. One of the nurses even provided with hot Milo and sandwiches to fill my tummy after >12 hours mandatory pre-endoscopy fasting (note: this was during Ramadan but my fast has to be broken due to the nature of endoscopy). Appreciate the gesture despite telling her I could have something to eat at home. Besides that, I alao did a CT scan, with an equally smooth experience. Thanks again to the KPJ gastro dept. for their cordial service & care, especially to Dato' Dr Haron, staff nurses Muhd Hasif & Nurul Nadia who assisted during the procedure, and friendly Fizi.

Both Dato Dr Haron and the nurses at Endo department are very caring and polite. The procedure went smoothly without any issues or delay. Would definitely recommend!!

Their gentle approach and reassuring words really helped ease my nerves.
