Good service – all the nurses were friendly and always greeted me when they came into the room and before doing any procedures. They were skilled and gentle when giving injections and taking blood. They also said sorry in advance if the process might cause a little pain. The cleaner also knocked and asked for permission before coming in. Same with the food service – they knocked and asked first. The room was comfortable, and there was a bed for the companion to rest. The staff at the X-ray and MRI departments also spoke very politely and made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. Thank you to Dr. Goh Kian Liang for clearly explaining my illness and the treatment before it started. The care I received made me feel very comfortable. Thank you also to the female anesthetist (sorry, I forgot her name – please help find it). She explained everything well, followed the correct steps before giving the anesthesia, and was very polite. Before I was discharged, she came to check on me again. The patient food was tasty. My husband was also admitted here before. He liked it too. Kpj dato on is the best. we hope to stay healthy. Very recommended kpj dato on.

Upon my transfer to see orthopedic specialist Dr. Goh, I encountered the same high standard of service. The front desk staff at Dr. Goh's clinic were attentive and helpful, ensuring my waiting time to see the doctor was less than 15 minutes. Their professionalism and dedication to patient care were truly commendable. However, the only negative aspect of my experience was related to my insurance clearance. There was an issue with the GL not being requested from the emergency department, causing a delay in the clearance process. Despite this hiccup, the staff handled the situation professionally and promptly resolved the issue. On my second visit for a follow-up check-up, I was pleased to find that the process was smooth and efficient. The staff were accommodating and made the rescheduling process easy, demonstrating their commitment to ensuring a seamless experience for patients.
