My recent visit to KPJ Bandar Dato Onn Hospital was marked by exceptional care and efficiency, leaving me thoroughly impressed with the quality of service provided. The swift response and excellent care in the emergency department set the tone for a positive experience. Upon my transfer to see orthopedic specialist Dr. Goh, I encountered the same high standard of service. The front desk staff at Dr. Goh's clinic were attentive and helpful, ensuring my waiting time to see the doctor was less than 15 minutes. Their professionalism and dedication to patient care were truly commendable. However, the only negative aspect of my experience was related to my insurance clearance. There was an issue with the GL not being requested from the emergency department, causing a delay in the clearance process. Despite this hiccup, the staff handled the situation professionally and promptly resolved the issue. On my second visit for a follow-up check-up, I was pleased to find that the process was smooth and efficient. The staff were accommodating and made the rescheduling process easy, demonstrating their commitment to ensuring a seamless experience for patients.

I'm really appreciate and would like to thank you to Dr. Goh Kian Liang(Orthopaedic Surgery) and his team. Dr. Goh is so warm, patient and takes care about the patient's condition. so, I felt comfortable during the consultation. Dr. Goh helped me to do MRI in a short time and also explained carefully and answered my questions patiently. He is a really good doctor for me. Just wanting to appreciate those who took care of me while I was warded in Kpj Dato Onn. Was warded twice last yr due to accident first on June and then dec thereafter had surgery in Jan 2026. I have severe hand pain. Doctor Goh has provided the best service while treating me in the ward. The doctor has found the problem that is the cause of my hand pain. Thank you Doctor Goh and Miss Akhma who helped me a lot. Thank you also to all the staff at the 5th Floor ward and the physio staff who are very kind. Overall food and ward rooms are the best.
