Service was okay, but Dr. Yaw's clinic was very noisy and disturbed my family and other patients. I hope the clinic assistants at the clinic can be advised to be more professional.

Hi~ I appreciated whose in charged for my services. Especially for Dr.Teo Beng Tiong for my spine and neck problem and Dr.Yaw for my thyroid issues. I really appreciate it. I done my surgeryed on 15 June 2023 ,and my follow up appointment was online because of my distance from my hometown(Pahang) to JB was so far away. And I was know that Regency hospital provided online follow up or consultation service. So I had my online consultation with Dr.Teo on 23 June 2023, and my medicine will be get by courier post . After 2days(25 June) of the online appointment ,the pharmacy department contact me at 4pm and ask for the payment amount of bills , once the payment done, pharmacy will send out the medicine . The next day(26th) I was transferred the payment and send the payment slip to pharmacy. 28 June 2023 I received the confirmation of the payment and said they will send out the medicines by 28th or 29th June 2023. I wait for their update for the courier date .after more than a week 7th July 2023 I received the update said the medicines still in the pharmacy. They will send out as soon as possible. After of my feedback message to the pharmacy, they will try to send out my meds by 10th July 2023 . I got the message said my meds was send out . But until today(24th July 2022) my second follow up appointment, I on the hospital today I still haven’t receive my meds . I really disappointed with the unexpected experiences. I'm with regency for over 10 years, from just a few doctor until now full of doctor, can say I'm a regular customer. Here got many good doctor, especially Dr Yaw Chong Hwa, Dr Ang Kai Ping , Dr Terrence, Dr Wong cheng yang ！but when you admitted , not all floor nurse is good. This time I'm staying here over 2 weeks already, stay at 5th floor, 5A, the nurse almost all very bad behavior and rude. But when they saw me know and good with many doctor, their behavior changed. More polite and smile. Now only 1 nurse really rude. No smile, no thanks , no sorry, doing things very loud. And in the past, the food is OK, but recently really bad.

My mother, Siow Chow Yeoi and I had been confirmed diagnosed with Dengue Fever at the Regency Hospital on 02 October 2020. We were well taken care by our doctor, Dr. Yaw Chong Hwa and his nurses during our stay in the hospital. Dr. Yaw is a very responsible doctor who has explained in details and clear about our health conditions during our treatment in the Regency hospital. He always has cheerful attitude that made us feel easy and comfort.
