I recently visited the hospital and was very impressed with the overall service. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly and efficient. The nurses were gentle and attentive, constantly checking to ensure I was comfortable. The doctor took time to explain my diagnosis and treatment plan in a clear and caring way, which helped reduce my worries. The environment was clean, organized, and comfortable. I am truly grateful for the excellent care I received and would definitely recommend this hospital to others. Special thanks to Anesthetist Dr Edmund Lee, he was very attentive and patient. His technique when inserting the needle was very gentle and professional. All the nurse in the operation room is helpful and caring. Dr Wong Mei Wan is good, professional and helpful. Sharon from Rehabilitation is very caring, professional too, she teach me every single step how to do the recover exercises. Really appreciated all the nurse work at Ward 4D, they are very helpful.
