I’ve been going to Assunta, had good experience butttt unfortunately on 15th December I had REALLY bad experience I was admitted from ER due to asthma and was told that I will be seeing DR THYE by lunch waited till 7PM, she did not arrive and I got mad i demanded for a change of doc not only I would like to add on DR THYE’s attitude was horrible did not EVEN bother to apologies, later on midnight thx god Dr Mangayar came it and I was told I had bronchitis. I HAD TO WAIT FROM 11am till almost midnight no dr came to me till I make a hooo haaao. Ohh would like to add please do serve all ur patient equally. I read a lot of bad common on self paid no one attend coincidental I also self paid helllo just because we don’t use medical insurance the hospital treat patient different ps : DONT ASK ME TO CONTACT UR PR U CONTACT ME!!

Physio - susila. Dr.Susila was so good during my breathing exercises and she was so kind and thanks to her all the time motivating me. Special thanks to Dr.Mangai. During my admission days she all time check in and keep monitoring on me and keep tracking on my medication. She was so good .thank you doctor. Special thanks to all the nurse at Fatimah ward. They are so friendly and not even show face when request for help. Well train staff. Thank you all.

Dr Saraspathey and Dr Mangay took good care of me during this illness by properly identifying the root cause and managing my symptoms Physio Aliaa has helped a lot with my breathing difficulties due to a lung infection, I have managed to recover so much sooner Sharmila from the pantry took good care of managing my diet and giving me good food throughout my recovery at Assunta Overall, a very big thank you to Assunta Hospital and all the doctors, nurses and support staff that took care of of me during my illness.

I am deeply grateful for the care and service provided by Assunta Hospital during my dad’s recent admission. Special thanks to Dr. Bee CY for her professionalism and attentiveness in handling my dad’s case, especially when he was first diagnosed with suspected NPC. Her clear explanations and empathetic approach helped him and our family understand and accept the situation, encouraging us to seek treatment promptly. I also appreciate Dr. Mangay, who worked alongside Dr. Bee to address my dad’s lung infection immediately. Their teamwork and commitment ensured he received the best care possible. As we face financial constraints and cannot afford further cancer treatments without insurance, I am thankful for the doctors’ guidance and support in facilitating a transfer to government specialists. Their efforts and advice have been invaluable to us during this challenging time. Lastly, I would like to commend the nurses in Fatimah Ward for their patience and dedication, especially in communicating with my dad in a language he could understand.
