I recently underwent ACL and meniscus surgery at ALTY, and I am extremely satisfied with the quality of care I received. The empathy and kindness of the nursing staff, the outstanding expertise of my surgeon, Dr Mark Chong, and the anesthesiologist, as well as the state-of-the-art facilities and equipment, made my experience exceptional. I am from Jakarta, Indonesia. My mother has osteoarthritis in her right knee (I have known about this since 2015/2016). On 01/11/2022, we walked in without selecting a specific doctor as we had no preference, and at that time, she was treated by Dr. Mark Chong. Dr. Mark Chong is very kind and patient in listening to the patient's problems. Because my mother's knee problem was already Grade 4, there was no other option but TKR surgery. The surgery was performed on 05/12/2022 and everything went smoothly and well. On 08/12/2022, she was discharged from the hospital. Did not know of this hospital earlier when another specialist recommended me to come here. Service from day one has been excellent. I was referred to Dr. Chong Kheng Ling and he was very detailed in his explanation and took his time with me. He went through with all the options and this is very important for decision making. I went to 4 different orthopedic specialists and found Alty and Dr. Chong to be the most suitable for me. Admissions was fast and the room was very comfortable. The wifi is fast and most important was that nights were quiet. It is important to get a good night's rest. The operation went well and the post surgery service is excellent. The nurses were friendly and gentle. The physiotherapist was good and I am impressed with the administration of this hospital so far. I highly recommend giving this hospital a try if you are in need of orthopedic help. It is in the heart of KL but parking is available at a flat rate of RM10 a day. There is also a small mall opposite with restaurant options for the family.
