Dr Syafiq kind and caring

My daughter came to the BTMC to treat her cough and wheezing. She was admitted by dr joyce but the dr attending her at ED was dr syafiq. He was fast and professional. He managed to get insert iv line fast even though my daughter was cranky that day. Kuddos to him and the team of nurses ward level 6 for the fast and professional actions.

Had to visit BTMC ED as I wasn’t feeling well. Luckily, everything was fine. Really appreciate the staff, especially Dr. Syafiq, the doctor on duty, for the clear explanation and good care.

I bring my father to the emergency to treat his chest pain. Dr syafiq attend me at the ED at night. Attend to me right away, explained whats happening, treatment to be done and treat my father with care.

I went to emergency dept to check my stomach due to i have a very bad period pain and cramp. Dr syafiq was the dr in charged at that time. He explains to me very well my symptoms and my treatment. Hes well mannered and very professional. Excellent care and explanation. Thanks dr syafiq
