Thumbs up 👍🏻 for emergency department. I want to express my gratitude to Dr. Sangeetha and Dr. Syafiq for their professional services and clear explanations, as well as to the nurses who cared for me (Angie, Nabila, Shida, and Ellie). They requested my ID confirmation to guarantee that the patient and treatment are being provided appropriately. For me it is good which I can feel safety during my treatment given. I was instructed to press the call bell button for assistance, as I feel extremely sleepy after receiving the painkiller injection. Saras, who was part of the staff, served my meal and offered to heat my porridge. Wow.. awesome! Thank you BTMC ED staff for your excellent service.

I rarely write Google reviews, but I would like to extend my thanks to the entire ED team for their care during my cousin's visit here over Chinese New Year. We arrived while my cousin was experiencing difficulty breathing. Dr. Syafiq and his team attended to her immediately and provided treatment. He explained the diagnosis and treatment clearly. After about an hour, Dr. Ravind, who was the doctor in charge of the next shift, came to explain her blood test results. The entire process—from registration, triaging, and treatment to discharge—was smooth. Kudos to the team!

The worst hospital I have ever been too! Gave antibiotic for viral fever, clearly for MONEY MAKING PURPOSES! And the attendee doctor did not use a single glove nor the nurses during the procedure but at the end of the bill, we had to pay for 12 pairs of glove??! ABSURD isn't it? I wonder who used the gloves? I recommend each and every patient who visits a doctor here. Know what is being prescribed as it's so sad the doctors here are clearly for the money making part and they don't mind if causing antibiotic resistance to my baby!!! So incompetent Dr Syafiq and Dr Muralidaran, ED DOCTORS. Never expected such care from private hospital! And my baby was sick n crying, they took all the time in the world to discharge her. I've been to other private hospital, but I truely never encounter such treatment. SO LOUSY! CHECK UR BILLS,PEOPLE! Had to give the star or else definitely 0 star! I'll definitely go legal, cause u messed with my sick baby!
